Absolutely stinks of cigarettes and weed. Every door has a sigh saying that smoking in the room will result in a €50 fine. The hotel staff admitted to me that they dont care about people smoking in the rooms and they don't enforce the fines. This is probably okay of you smoke, but i find the smell disgusting. Even though we visited in November, the room got a bit too warm, I turned the aircon on to the "cool" setting and after about half a hour later I realised that the air con was blowing hot air out. Checked with staff to make sure I was using it correctly and was told it didnt work. Very basic rooms. to be fair I will also mention the positives - location is good if you habe a car, not far from the zoo, themepark and mall. Breakfast was okay and the mattress was quite comfortable. The pillow however, was awful. Overall,I definitely wouldn't stay in this hotel again and this experience has put me off booking Ibis in future.…

First of 4 hotels on this class trip.’Coming from America with this being my first hotel outside the country I had far higher expectations. The location, is not ideal, quite far from the nearest metro or commuter station. Not really central to Fuenlabrada either. The keypads in the small elevators are a nice touch but they would be better on the outside. Room was much smaller than I expected, seemingly meant for 2 when I had 3. Most American hotels are built for 4. Bathroom was also minor, and breakfast was a bit confusing. The wall outlets are a bit oddly placed. Overall I’d likely stay towards the center if I came back.

We are indeed located in an industrial area where we receive many customers who come to shop in the largest Chinese industrial area of Madrid. Really when arrived receptionist was so friendly and efficient on checking. Room as usual in Ibis Red was according expectations and bed too. My only concern is related food availability for dinner because they hadn't quite a lot of things from its menu something surprise but food was too according expectations Really asked receptionish was when make checking because all staff was so efficient and friendly but specially Tania provide a great service.

Booked last minute on our car journey from uk to south of spain and only hotel that could accommodate a dog. Worst decision we ever made. It’s in the middle of an industrial estate with nowhere to walk apart from the car park as the traffic is very busy. Room clean enough, food not good at all, felt like they had just taken it out a packet and put in microwave. We were leaving early next morning so was still dark and cold when my husband went to car park ahead of me & my daughter to get car warm for us. 2 men appeared from nowhere and told him he had a flat tyre as he went to look a third man grabbed his bag with all our money, passports, etc etc etc. Girl at reception didn’t seem to speak English??? when asked to phone police, a resident that was having breakfast was very helpful. Several police came quick but just felt like we were another statistic & it happens all the time. SO BE VERY AWARE OF THIS HOTEL, it’s caused us a nightmare.…

I guess I can't say much more than what is in the title. But I can add that the service was good and the hotel was very clean. The location is very good for Warnes Bros Park but also interesting if you don't want to stay in plain centre of Madrid. Great!

This was our first night we booked after driving through france and spain and it was a welcome sight, the staff were so welcoming to us and spoke some english which was lovely. The hotel room was simple and comfortable standard ibis absolutely no complaints there. This hotel is supplemented by its bar and restaurant and has a gorgeous outside area with comfy seating and a peaceful atmosphere, which we enjoyed a drink and so bar food after our long drive which was just what was needed! Breakfast the following morning was a lovely continental spread with plenty of variety

Stayed here with my son for the eve and night of the Champions league final. We were welcomed and well looked after the room was comfortable and very clean. Nice continental breakfast with good choices.

Far from Madrid city centre and very close to the highway. not a very interesting area. Actually the area looks really poor, but if you have a car you can go and have dinner in Pinto closeby.Hotel is really clean, breakfast is good at standard level.Staff is really friendly
