The hotel is clean and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the amenities are good. Breakfast is ok, with a lot of choice but if it's not included in your room rate and you don't want to eat at the hotel, there is a local supermaket nearby where you can buy your own food and eat in your room (you can borrow plates, cups and cutlery anytime right next to the front desk). Room service was really cool too, I had a delicious paella with black rice! But the real highlight of this hotel is its staff, they are all super friendly and helpful! The only inconvenience is its location, as it's about 35/40 minutes away from the center of Madrid and you have to take a special subway line and pay an extra fee to go there and come back. But all the good points of the hotel made up for it.

This hotel was ideal for what we needed as a family visiting the Warner brothers theme park. Parking available inside or outside at no extra cost. Our room was perfect, nice size,clean, comfy beds, hot water, clean towels (except on the last night of our stay, the maid took the dirty towels and didn't replace them with clean ones??) it was to late in the evening to ask for more and we was checking out the next day! Wifi was a bit hit and miss but we wasn't there most of the time. Great to be able to get a tea or coffee 24/7 in the reception area. We didn't have breakfast, thought it was over priced but there were plenty of cáfe's down the road. Especially Asador Fuente labrada Breakfast 2.50€ ( tostada con tomate,cafe and orange juice) excellent. Would stay again as value for money and only 20minutes to Warner bros. stayed three nights.…

There is a metro station 5 minutes away from the hotel. But for city centre first you have to go to metro than take a train it takes 30-40 minutes. To airport you have to change Twice it takes 1.30 hours maybe more it costs 6 euros. There is coffee machine at the lobby. Breakfast is okey. Personel is very helpful

We found the hotel to clean and the rooms are spacious. Although the neighborhood looks sketchy, guests have a choice of parking in their surface lot or in their secure underground garage. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It was also very helpful that they are fluent in English. Breakfast buffet is available for €6/each and is worth the price. This is a typical continental European breakfast and they offer complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and warm milk 24/7. The hotel is conveniently located about a 30 minute drive from the airport.

We spent two nights at this hotel, it has very nice and helpful staff, big and luminous salon for drinking free coffee, tea or chocolate, near metro station wich connects with madrid city center in about 40 minutes, it has few but good places to eat, even a supermarket nearby. All the place was very clean, the room incredibly decorated with mini fridge, good beed and big bathroom. Our stay was very pleasant and we could rest confortly. Definitly it's worth the price and would come there again!

The hotel is cosy and clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is located a bit far from Madrid city centre, though. Make sure you have an extra hour for public transport and another hour back. On yes, one more thing: whatever you do, don't order any food from the hotel menu. It was a complete distaster.

My family was visiting from the US and I chose this hotel as a midpoint between Toledo and the Madrid airport (about a half hour away in normal traffic). The rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds were great and the ac was wonderful after a hot day. Breakfast was fine. Not 6€ worth but convenient as there is not much around the hotel. We would stay there again.

Very good hotel in terms of value for money. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist you at any time. What I like most is that the hotel is extremely clean and new. It takes 50 minutes from the hotel to the centre of Madrid by train, and the station is seven minutes away from the hotel.if you come by car, there is a free parking outside or in garage. There are also some nice details like free coffee and hot chocolate. Overall extremely good value for money.
