The bed I have had is 1.80 wide, comfortable and huge. When evaluating the price of the room, you must take into account that parking is free, which saves you a common expense if you use that service. The girl at the reception, very nice and very friendly.

I booked for 3 rooms Oct 19 2024 for my family and bad experiences no parking available and during our 1 night room temp is 27 degrees which feels ware roasting inside the room. I have to open the windows. Went down to reception at 3am and ask the receptionist if she can change the room temp. And she said no it was centralised which all of us couldn't sleep. AC not working.photo attached taken 3am.

Excellent hotel in a privileged location if you want to visit the Warner Amusement Park (20 minutes by car).
Very clean facilities, very comfortable room (008) with TV, safe, air conditioning and full bathroom.
The staff has been very friendly and professional and attentive.
The hotel has free parking, but there is no problem finding street parking.
I recommend it.

The room was good. Comfortable mattress, looked clean. The receptionist was very nice considering that we were going on an organized trip and the cheking went to a hira that we were not expected and was quite late.
The bad thing was breakfast, just a girl for 2 buses that was in the hotel and did not give her time to pick up and replenish things and above all be in reception. It was a disaster and I see a lack of foresight on the part of the hotel knowing that we would go so many people.

I booked a room for one night while passing through Madrid for my final vacation destination. It is what you would expect in a B&B, spacious room, clean and correct breakfast. The price a little high for one night. We did not like the type of guest we saw in the reception area to go with children.

This place really is good for its value. Staff is nice, sheets were clean and everything was in order. Nothing negative to point out. And is two steps away from a nice shopping center, and free parking!

There is a metro station 5 minutes away from the hotel. But for city centre first you have to go to metro than take a train it takes 30-40 minutes. To airport you have to change Twice it takes 1.30 hours maybe more it costs 6 euros. There is coffee machine at the lobby. Breakfast is okey. Personel is very helpful
