We stayed fortunately 1 night in this hotel located in the center of Fuenlabrada. Unfortunately when we entered the room it was not entirely clean, especially the bathroom had hair and other intimate hairs which were not cleaned by the cleaning staff. Positive was the parking and the breakfast buffet which was great. Finally price/ quality were not good.

Nice and clean hotel.If you do not looking to leave in historic Center and planing visit towns around Madrid this hotel is for you.located in the big plaza with free parking and internet, lots of cafe,shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good. Train station to Madrid 3 minutes walk. Strongly recommend if you travel with car.

A fine hotel, with well-equipped rooms, that is part of a large shopping complex (though the doors of the complex close around 10). Since the hotel has no restaurant, late dinners are a problem. Safe suitable for laptops, 2 free waters, excellent breakfast. No vent in the bathroom & no loo brush (seems to be a trend on hygene grounds!). Good value for drivers

This hotel was a base for a visit to family . It is well located in walking distance of the town centre and about 25 mins by car from central Madrid . The room had a lovely super king size bed and bath/ shower . Great value bar with a glass of Rioja for €2.50 ! We didn’t take breakfast but it was reported as very good . Will definitely return

We stayed in this hotel as part of our Spain & Portugal tour package. Close to a supermarket nearby, rooms are of average size and seem to be refurbished. Breakfast is average. Seem like a no frills hotel to us.

Booked the hotel for a week in November 2019 fro our honeymoon we are in our sixties my wife has a handicap before we booked with our travel agent we were promised an early check in and a complimtarry lunch as a present o my wife All was agreed upon by the travel agent and Mario and his asst Maria then they lied and derived us stating we had to pay 17 European a day per person for lunch and couldn’t check in until 3pm..everything is recorded bu Orbitz the travel agent but the hotel personnel reneged on their agreement and lied my wife sobbed we were up all night receiving rude phe responses for the staff and the manager who was too busy to answer a cal They must be paying money to other reviews to build up them status STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIOOED OFF KIED TO THIS EXPERIENCE WOULD MAKE A GREAT HORROR MOVIE DONT THROW YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AWAY AT THIS FLEABAG HOTEL …

Dear Gary, First of all, I think that from the beginning he misunderstood the conversation with my team. We can´t promise Early Check In for the month of November ... I hope you understand that if the hotel is complete the day before, we cannot guarantee this, as customers can leave at 12 in the morning. We have tried to explain this to you both by phone and by internal messages. As for what he says about breakfast, I think it has been a confusion with his agency ... I want to understand that your complaint comes for not giving away breakfast as it is your honeymoon. Our job is to make the client feel as comfortable as possible, as reflected by hundreds of customer comments. As for what he says about me, at all times I have been informed about his situation, as I have spoken with his agency, which has transmitted to me that he did not understand his requests. LCB Hotel Fuenlabrada is located close to the town center, inside a commercial center. Facilities are renewed and all services are available (including an indoor parking). Staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is international and selection is wide. Worth a stay.

Good: The rate was really cheap for a 4 star hotel; It shares a same building with a shopping centre and a Carrefour hypermarket, close to suburb Renfe station Poor: Cleanness. Multiple new towels left by housekeeper had significant stains.

I forgot to take pictures, but all in all this was a nice clean hotel with a good breakfast. I only stayed one night and it was in short distance to were I had to be. This is one of those hotels you just stay in, and have nothing to complain about. We were traveling through Madrid and this was a short stopover before we traveled on.

Easy place if you’re working around the Great Madrid. Good access, train station just across and near many business parks. The surrounds are not the best but there’s a shopping center just in the basements. The hotel is confortable Enough and you can park for free in the shopping center parking. Good choice.
