We tried the restaurant and I must say that overal the experience is not really impressive. Probably a good fit for truck drivers who need energy and colories... For the hotel, no clue is this is a good place to be - Surroundings is not very exiting !

My stay lasted approximately 1 month and I can only say good things.
Starting with the restaurant, the team there, Claudio, an exceptional person, very attentive and professional, always giving off good vibes, a true pleasure. On the other hand, Vicenta, his partner, a heavenly person, very attentive and professional. The food, delicious, homemade and quality cuisine, dishes with abundant quantity and the menu with several options, a shout out to the kitchen girl for her good work.
Regarding the rooms, without further ado, with the basics. desk, television, wifi works perfectly, air conditioning and very clean rooms, as well as daily cleaning of them.
Without a doubt, I would repeat again!

I have to say that my experience has been terrible and I have felt cheated. We hired a room on Booking for a family, two adults and a 4-year-old child. Without realizing that they had put us in two separate rooms, since it had never happened to us. When we saw the error we had already paid. We tried to get it resolved for us since it was a family trip and the three of us wanted to be together. And neither Booking nor the hotel itself did anything to solve it. I don't understand how they couldn't put the 3 of us in a room when there are 2 single beds and they could be put together perfectly. Besides, I find it ridiculous that they charged us almost €400 for two nights, for two rooms in which many things are scarce, a theft. There is no hand soap, which is basic, well, no safe, no refrigerator, no blanket for each person, there was only one for two beds, each hanger one way, the television is small and looks terrible, not a bucket of Trash under the desk, the bathtub full of moisture and a thousand other things that I could put. They don't have a reception, you have to go to the bar/restaurant counter and the waiters serve you. The elevator was not working, we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.
One of the rooms smelled strongly of tobacco, it was unpleasant, I had to put my son in the other because it was unbearable. In the middle of the night a group of people came up making a fuss, it was around 2 at night and no one did anything. The last morning a girl could be heard screaming and crying, around 6 or so in the morning and no one did anything, knowing that there are families with children. So nothing calm because there is no control there. It seems like an abuse and a deception to me that they sell it as a 3-star hotel, in the middle of a polygon, when the only thing about a hotel is that they come to make up your room for you. And the photos on the website are not real.
