We stayed the night of November 18 to 19, 2023 in a room/bungalow.

The only good thing to mention about the campsite is that the environment is pleasant and that it allows you to easily access Madrid.

For the rest, the room had been "cleaned" in an incomplete manner, with dirty water, it was filled with the smell of rancid bleach, it was difficult for us to sleep with that smell permeated in the room. It made us want to grab a mop and wash it ourselves again with clean water.

The "closet" was almost scary, you could expect a rat coming out of it at any moment.

The top door of the closet was loose. Of the two latches that held the door, only one was properly latched. My wife went to open that door, the door came loose and almost hit me in the head. Furthermore, it was impossible to properly position the loose hitch, as the distance between the hitch support inside the cabinet and the hitch on the cabinet door was too much, and this is proof that the campsite supervisors already knew the state in which it was I found it and yet they didn't fix it. I reported it to reception and they didn't seem too shocked.

In order to make the reservation I had to call 5 or 6 times because each time they gave me contradictory information, and it was very difficult to clarify the prices and how to make the reservation.

The treatment, really could be improved, no smile, dry and mechanical treatment. And of course, at no time did they ask us if we had been comfortable, I suspect because they imagined the answer.

Of course we will not repeat nor recommend anyone spend the night at this campsite. At most with your own caravan or motorhome, as far as possible not to use the camping services.

I hope this opinion is useful, especially so that customer service at this campsite is improved and one day the opinion of its customers improves.

Filthy!!!
We were recommended this site by another campsite where we were hoping to stay was full.
Grateful, after travelling many hours, we booked in, the most expensive of our whole trip at €36 a night.
What a mistake, unfortunately you cant tell what a campsite is like beyond a smart reception.
Walking down to the pitches there was a lot of dog mess.
The toilet block was disgusting, luckily we had our own portable loo which we used and we left the next morning without showering, waiting until we got to the next campsite.
The bar and seating outside were dirty with litter all over the floor, but I must say the restaurant part did seem very well kept.
More of a shanty town than a relaxing stay whilst travelling, we couldnt wait to leave the next morning.

I got here to stay two nights and left in 10 minutes. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, campsites, hostels, boarding houses and youth hostels and have never had to leave a place, but there is always a first. The atmosphere is South American, partying with music and noise. I had just come from an 8 hour plane trip and thought to rest....the bungalow....they allow you to enter to the door of him with the car (a good thing) they gave me one of 4 beds (it was my young daughter and me). I walked through the door and the smell of tobacco smoke was unbearable, they had been smoking inside all their lives. the kitchen scraggly, old and filthy, as if to cook there. (and they had cleaned it before less badly) to separate one bed from another, a thick, dark, old curtain that resembled those on the doors of the puticlub. The old beds with mattresses with the typical blue Chinese cover, you don't know whether to lie down or put fire on it. The old bathroom. Plague of flies and some cockroach. I didn't even take pictures and now I regret it, because it was to see it. I took the suitcase, put it back in the car and handed over the keys. I lost 150 euros and my daughter's illusion of seeing and being in a campsite. Recommended for teens `to make barbecues and bottle.... All very old.

We stayed a couple of nights in a bungalow, and on the outside they looked good, but on the inside... I have never been in such a shabby place in my life. Everything is very old, and those things, no matter how much they are cleaned, the white is already yellow. There is a bad smell inside, no matter how much you ventilate, the rancid smell persists.
There were 3 of us, two adults and my 7-year-old daughter, and there were supposed to be 2 single beds and a sofa bed, but the sofa didn't become a bed, it was normal. Plus the air conditioning hits right on top, no matter how much you move it, and I had to sleep there.
The sheets are almost transparent because of how worn they are.
The only good thing is that the staff is very nice.
In short, I don't think I will return.

Sleeping seeing cigarette butts, hair on the sheets, there is no proper children's leisure area, the pool is small for what a campsite covers!!! The campsite is very neglected, deteriorated, they have everyone having barbecues at their doors instead of the areas reserved for it!! There is a lot of traffic noise, the prefabricated huts (not bungalows) shake.

Excellent welcome in French. Land in an industrial area but relatively quiet despite the proximity of roads. Campsite occupied by caravans of permanent residents. At first glance, not very attractive. Flat and shaded pitches. Old sanitary facilities and decent cleanliness. Disused swimming pool. Lack of general maintenance. Its only advantage is that it is located 15 km from the center of Madrid. Obviously nice too expensive: €35.50 in September (1 campervan, 2 people, electricity).

Rather forgiving in nature, I thought that the negative reviews I read were exaggerated.
Well no !!!
In the 2 months that we have been using campsites in Spain, this is the worst we have used.
Dirty sanitary facilities!!! And out of 4 toilet doors tried, only 1 worked.
Shower, hot water Ok
Cold water sinks!!!
And premises open to all winds.
Of course no heating.
Unmaintained plots, waste from previous campers..
.access to toilets, no lighting.
In short, don't stop.

I don't even know where to start. I gave it a 1 because I can't give it a 0. The cobwebbed bathrooms, the trash cans unchanged in days, the women's bathroom has entrance from behind and there's no light at night and it's in front of smelly bins and a cleanliness way above.
A lot of cats lurking around the campsite and the last day we pissed our tent.
Cars with loud music at twelve at night, people gathered late talking super loud. We stayed 5 days and have been the worst experience I have had at a campsite and we go to quite a few places throughout the year. It left me very bad feeling my trip to Madrid because of this campsite. Everything he says is little. It's my fault for not looking at the comments earlier. Don't make the same mistake, please.

Friendly staff who tried hard to help. Shop was old and dusty - checkall food carefully, much is out of date - cheese, biscuits etc. Great HOT showers - washing / pot wah facilities good. Small pool with very small sun terrace. Closed early, open late - not ideal for weary travellers! Good sized pitch. Good access to Madrid - bus/ metro easy.
