Very clean hotel. Staff were helpful and very friendly.
Only problem we found was the school entrance right in front of hotel. Very very noisy start of the day and collection times. Apart from that good location for all amenities.

Value for money. Really good location (In the center of Getafe and 5 minutes walking distance from the subway). Very friendly people. Variety in breakfast. Very good cleaning. Only one disadvantage there is no elevator. Carrying the suitcases upstairs was the only , but basic, problem.

I booked this hotel one night and the staff was so bad mannered and the hotel so dirty I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. I tried to cancell one night and the receptionist said he would charge it anyway..

This small hotel is very conveniently located to the metro, trains and the Carlos III university. There are also shops, restaurants and bars close. It's on a very quiet street. The room I was in was very nice, but... it was right above the front door which banged shut each time someone came in. The bed was very hard. There is little sound insulation and the place echoes quite a bit, there were numerous leaks in the bathroom from the shower. The breakfast buffet is nice and the staff are friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for a week as my son was staying at the local Uni,right from the start we were made welcome and enjoyed our stay.The rooms were clean and modern with a nice bathroom and good wifi,The breakfast was pleasant and we will not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed here recently on a business trip to Madrid. It was the perfect location as our kids were visiting the local school and we needed direct links into the city each day to go do all the site seeing and shopping.
Fantastic place, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast buffet was lovely too.
The only issue I had was that my neighbours had a baby and as the walls were quite thin I was kept up for a few nights but that is not the hotels fault.

Clean, nice hotel in citycente. Located in a small alley with no view from windows. Nice friendly staff who should improve their English, hard to get basic tourist information. Close to the railway station and 10 min to Madrid Sol. Nice restaurants in the surrondings. Try Jamon & vino.

Carlos III is an outstanding hotel in Getafe spain. I arrived there without reservation and they accommodated me. The rooms are modern and super clean. I stayed one night and would definitely return. The neighborhood is awesome with lots of shops and cafes and restaurants and if you like visiting churches you may want to visit El Serro De Los Angeles.

Loved my experience.
The rooms was very clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was delicious.
The best part of the hotel is the location, very close to the metro and train station which makes it a great option to explore the city of Madrid at a great price.
Also Getafe is a lovely place, good places to have a bite or a drink and lot of friendly people.
