Big disappointment for this hotel located on the side of the highway.
Dilapidated establishment, old furniture, kitsch decoration.
Hygiene is barely adequate.
However, the cleaning ladies are active and very hardworking.
Unfortunately, the quota of rooms to clean is far too high to carry out in-depth work.
What can we say about the swimming pool.....tiny size for the hotel's capacity.

Very limited hours for access to this point of coolness despite the 45 degrees displayed and the persistent heatwave.

The catering is industrial for prices which are nevertheless not competitive in the country.
The breakfast is not varied. The pastries are in individual bags from the supermarket.

I absolutely do not recommend this establishment for a vacation stay.

I went to Los Olivos during a school trip, with my high school choir. The room we had for 3 people was quite large and quiet, and it was also very easy to visit Madrid from the hotel (10 minutes with our bus). But from the beginning I realized that nothing was working in this hotel. First, the dinner we were served was nothing more than some tasteless soup, reheated chicken and fries, and the most industrial yogurt I had ever seen. Then, the next morning we had completely dry bread for breakfast with industrial jam and juice. Same for the picnic they gave us for noon: you had to have a lot of will and a lot, a lot of hunger to eat it...
For the next dinner they served us exactly the same as the day before, and above all with bad will, it seemed that the employees really wanted to leave before the end of our dinner! But the worst was later, when a friend burned herself with a hair dryer and it was a miracle that she didn't die, because there was a problem with the electricity system (the current continued to flow while my friend tried to disconnect the dryer that was broken)! !! And finally the box spring of my bed was also broken. So in Los Olivos neither the food nor the electricity nor the beds are correct... What is that???
Fortunately the hotel staff listened to us when we explained that it was necessary to give us compensation for the injury and serve us another meal, but the service came too late or after the problems, while it would be more than necessary to properly manage the hotel so that didn't happen...
So, if you want to spend a stay in Madrid without problems, don't go to this hotel!

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

The service was very good, the waiters treated you very well and you could give them a hard time.

The breakfast was very delicious but the colacao, like other things, was white label but still quite delicious, it lacked vegetables such as lettuce, tomato... and for example sausages omelet...

The room was slightly spacious, but it was very poorly distributed, such as the closet, the beds, the bathroom...

It was a little noisy, there were other people staying with a loudspeaker at eleven at night and also smoking, leaving a smell of tobacco everywhere and they were walking along the edge of the terrace and they could fall and I was putting on my pajamas and you could hear it outside. regeton

(Opinion of a 10-year-old boy who stayed there during an excursion).

It was the worst hotel I have ever been in in my entire life, and look, I have been in hotels. The first thing is that the photos they have published on the internet are not even remotely close to reality. The room was scary and disgusting. Not old, the following, broken, dirty, horrible in general. The first time we used the toilet, as we flushed the toilet, water started coming out directly, obviously dirty water with a bad smell. We called the reception several times and nothing, then they told us that they closed at 11:00. Also as a note, to go to the reception or breakfast you have to take the car. It is very far. The night was a poem, they had an excursion of kids who didn't stop running and screaming like crazy, we had them right on top of us and we felt like the roof was going to fall. Since there is no staff or reception, no one told them anything. There were small red ants in the bathroom (quite a few) in the room I didn't see them because there is not enough light, there is no lamp or light on the ceiling, there are only two small lights on the tables, so you could hardly see them. nothing, in the room there was a frame with a mirror, which around it had a kiss marked with lips that no one bothered to clean. The next morning, with all the disgust in the world, I went to the shower, as soon as I turned on the tap it started to smell like a septic tank. When he finished, the entire bathroom, literally the entire bathroom floor, was full of water that leaked directly. We couldn't enter without getting our feet wet, ugh, how unpleasant. Luckily it was only one night and then we changed to another hotel. We had breakfast included. It made me very sad to eat that. They didn't have cola cao, it was white brand or nesquik. The buffet, to call it something, was ridiculous, there was only bread for toast, cereal, milk, bagged croissant and brick juice. My daughter didn't have any breakfast. The worst thing of all was the price, which is not cheap at all for how poor the hotel is. The stars do not correspond. It was the worst experience of my life and expensive for how bad everything is and for the service they provide. Seriously, don't go, you'll regret it. I doubt until they have cleaning service in conditions, everything was bad. The staff we met were correct and friendly, when we left I explained everything that had happened to the guy at the entrance and he didn't know what to tell me. I told him that they had to know very well about the water flooding that room, because I don't think we are the first to see what happens to them when it leaks through the toilet and the bathtub. And he told us that he, specifically he had no evidence, suggesting that the management might know. He also didn't tell us that there were new rooms or that they were in good condition... because now reading these comments I see that there are people who say that they had remodeled rooms... I'm surprised.

An easy to access hotel with onsite parking in Arcos de la Frontera. What more could one want in this old town with a maze of narrow winding streets? It’s an excellent spot for accessing a meander around upper part of town .Staff were very responsive in booking process and are present and very helpful with spot on dining recommendations. The interior courtyard was a comfortable and cool spot to rest and enjoy breakfast. Tidy rooms with simple furnishings, best night sleep in days on the road. Highly recommend!

The room was good, spacious, simple and clean although the table and chairs were quite old and damaged.
The terrace, on the other hand, was disgusting, it had not been cleaned in months. Very dirty and the table and chairs in poor condition.
The pool is good and the garden is nice, but it should be cleaner. It is unpleasant to find dirty papers on the grass. The pool bathrooms were to vomit. How can they have that like this? Gross.
When I was walking to the room I heard "water" and suddenly a bucket of dirty water fell from the floor above and almost hit me, like in the Middle Ages. They also tend to throw dirty clothes from the terraces and don't even warn.
In short, the hotel is very old and obsolete, they should renovate everything. Cleaning the worst. Please hire people who know how to clean and pay them well. That way the reviews won't be so bad.

The hotel was poorly signposted. The hotel looked very neglected from the outside. The rooms were in different buildings. We were put in the back. The room was spacious, but very dated. There was a stale smell. The air conditioning rattled regularly.
We paid €80 for this, without breakfast. Dinner in the restaurant was mediocre. The shrimp were old and tough.
Not recommended!

If you are in transit and just looking for somewhere to put your head down, this is OK, and just OK. Its like a US style out of town motel. The linen was clean. The rooms were tired. The AC didn't work. There is a pool. No where local to eat. I did a 2k walk to the west of the motorway to a place in a residential area.

I won't stay there again, I should have just gone through Madrid and stayed in the North.

The staff very friendly, the furniture in general very deteriorated, the walls and the lamp stained. Overall somewhat neglected both inside the rooms and outside.
The broken terrace chairs
The complex itself is nice and above with the pool but lacks a restoration of everything.
And something we really liked parking on our doorstep.

First the good things. It’s cheap. Accessible to E5. Plenty of parking. Large rooms and a pool.
But......
It’s like a 1960s East German barracks but not as well decorated or maintained. Most (not all) of the staff are pleasant and helpful. The small indistinct and unmarked entrance is easily missed and requires a 15km round route to get back in - madness. There is nowhere else to go so you have to use their restaurant. The pool has an attendant but it’s a scruffy and untidy pool and surrounds. The set dinner at €10 is cheap and the mixed salad okay but it’s not an enjoyable meal.
To summarise:
It’s a dump. Although cheap it doesn’t make it worthwhile. Avoid it. Not the restful experience you want when on a long drive.
The booking.com address is wrong. It’s not 12.7 but exit 12b.
