After spending two nights and calling the rooms small for a room for two adults and two girls, the room needed some cleaning, the windows had all the chill of the night coming in with the frost, and water was coming in through the windows. The service could be improved while inside the room, the reception staff opened the door for us since they did not know if the room was occupied, a bit strange to be honest. The hotel is located in an area that is truly quiet and 25 minutes from Warner Park. The restaurant bar is very good and includes breakfast with coffee, toast, pastries and orange juice, it's a breakfast you'll have plenty of. In short, it could be improved but for the price it has with the Warner Bros. pack, you can ask for little more.

We stayed one night because it was close to the place we wanted to visit, and thank goodness it was only one night.
To start with when entering the room there was a strong smell of tobacco and humidity, when they told us that you couldn't smoke and in fact they have a smoke detector on the ceiling...I wonder, will it work?
We continued with the terrible soundproofing...I heard people talking on the street, those walking down the hallway and of course, in the nearby rooms. If we add to this that the beds were uncomfortable and also made a lot of noise when you barely moved...the rest was very scarce.
Taking into account that it cost €99 per night without breakfast, it seems expensive and not recommended to me.
I continue with the opinion of your "restaurant":
We ordered a full hamburger and a combination of tenderloin and eggs (dishes without much elaboration and quick to make), most of the other tables were already served and finishing dinner, we waited more than 30 minutes to be served.
We thought that at least the food would be delicious, but it wasn't like that at all...one of the worst burgers I've had in a while.

Terrible service, be very careful!
We left in the room a bag with four Funko Pops and another with a stuffed animal and a sweatshirt, all with a value of €140 and when we realized it after a few hours we called and they told us that the guest was already in the room and they didn't care. They were going to bother. We called again the next morning and were told that the guest was still in the room and that the cleaning staff was not there. After hours we called again since we had not received any news and they said that they had not found anything and with very little politeness and doubting that I had brought anything to the room I encouraged them to look at the cameras. Also saying that the cleaning staff leaves with nothing and then when we talk to the director he says that they leave with a black bag. They also say that they return everything, even bottles of gel and coincidentally they can't find the one we left behind either. And now they are not taking responsibility or providing any solution. Shameful!

We bought a hotel + Warner package and the room they offered us had humidity everywhere (walls, doors...), you can hear all the noise from the neighboring rooms, all the water escapes from the shower, the room was quite cold, light came in of the hotel spotlights.

Everything was better than I expected and we had a problem that was resolved without any problems. The 24-hour reception service could not have been more friendly and attentive and the room was very good.

The beds were horrible, we couldn't sleep because of the noise they made and the mattresses were all sagging.
