It is a very high quality and well maintained hotel. Very comfortable to stay in for a trip to Madrid. They provided us with a smart TV and it was very clean. Very friendly receptionist staff. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to a metro station Villaverde Bajo-Cruce which you could easily take the line 3 to the centre of madrid. There was a supermarket close to the hotel as well mercadona which was also very useful during my stay. AC was good too. Overall, I really did enjoy this hotel and will book again.

The only thing I didn't like very much was that the hotel was far from the event I attended: University of Medellín. La chambre était impeccable et fidèle aux photos de Booking. Les équipements complets et la personne de l'accueil très gentille. La propreté était exemplaire. Il y a des arrêts de bus dans la rue et la ligne de métro 3 à 15 mins. A notre arrivée il y avait une bouteille d'eau offerte, 3 oranges et 3 pâtisseries ! Par contre l'hôtel est dans un quartier un peu populaire je n'oserais pas y aller seule.

We were scammed by the owner. The invoice clearly states that the amount includes EUR 150 deposit. The woman behind the reception said that it is indeed on the invoice, but the owner Maria indicates that this is an error on the invoice. While I am sure this amount includes a deposit.
We had already paid so we could whistle for our money. That's easy money for the owner.
They also tried to charge the amount including down payment.
We also emailed the owner, but received a standard answer and at a certain point the owner no longer responded.
Don't be seduced by the reviews. Those are fake.
Metro station is a 10 minute walk away - which is not really close -.
It takes an hour to get to the city. Which makes this location unsuitable for a city trip. There is nothing else to do in the area. It is one of the last metro stations on the line.
The sofa in the room had stains on it and from the pictures it looks good. But in real life it is cheaply finished. The towel holder fell down. Cabinet is almost falling apart.
Finally, the rooms are noisy. You can hear the neighbors talking.

Agradecemos Sra. Sandra el tiempo se ha tomado en expresar su opinión y lo tendremos en cuenta para intentar no quede la mínima posible duda en un futuro. Como la explicamos en varias ocasiones, tanto por teléfono como por email y también en persona, el Hotel puede pedir un depósito/fianza por seguridad. En su reserva el importe total se indica claramente: 592€, usted solo abonó 59,22€ como anticipo y el resto (532,78€) lo pagó en el Hotel con su tarjeta. En ningún momento se le cobraron 150€ a parte o extras. Se adjunta fotografía que usted misma nos envió. Sentimos enormemente su confusión y que pensara el precio era otro (150€ más barata). También le indicamos usted misma lo podía revisar en la web el precio de esa suite esos días, pero no quería escucharnos, limitándose a gritar exigiendo se le dieran los 150€. Quedamos por su puesto a su disposición. Para Paseo Suites Hotel nuestros clientes son lo primero, nos gusta que se sientan agusto y que lo tengan todo claro, siempre desde la educación y respeto.
