Had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful to attend to our needs. Breakfast was buffet with good variety. Limited parking spots, though the hotel has a garage. Not easily accessible via public transportation.

one last night the receptionist asked me not to smoke electronic cigarettes in the place where I was serving coffee my opinion is that he was not well informed considering that that I requested the permission of the staff upon arrival I was allowed vaping both in the room and in the place for coffee staff should be informed of the internal regulations for vaping PS: vaping does not affect the health of others

I've stayed with some friend's in this Hotel, NH Leganes, We had a very nice impression, very nice and willing helpfull staff, big rooms with a very confortable beds and good shower. We slept pretty good due the lack of noice at Night. There was plenty of parkig slots in the street. In the early morning we had a complete hot breakfast Buffet. We highly recomend it to spend a couple of days or more.

Rooms are not exceptional but acceptable level. We can feel this hotel is aging and it would probably help to start refurbishing. Breakfast is below average for NH Chain. In the second day I left the cheese in my plate as probably outdated...

This was part of a guided tour by Trafalgar. The hotel is located in the middle of an industrial area. Thotel is old looking, but still decent. My room was spacious enough, clean, and with good amenities. Check in and out were fast. Wifi was working great and is free. Breakfast did not have a large selection so it was a little disappointing.

Went there for business. This is the closest hotel to my business appointment... Isolated area. Kind of hostile front desk guy (night shift). The hotel was filthy. The room had a disgusting odor. Shower door broken. Wet roof spots. Definitely you don’t get NH HOTELS standards. Truly disappointed. Letting my company know about all this.

Stayed here as part of our tour group. Nice hotel, clean rooms. No tea-tray or fridge. Brought my own kettle. Had a room at front of hotel. Bathroom with shower only. Toilet behind door with door-stop. Kept banging my toe on this. Cars and buses not allowed near the entrance which was a bit unusual when off-loading cases but I suppose it was to cut disturbance out from the front rooms. Breakfast was the usual continental with limited hot food. Coffee okay. They had a vending machine at reception for coffee, drinks and light foods. A supermarket (Lidl) was within walking distance just around the corner. A large shopping mall was within a nice 25 mins walk along the park (past the Lidl supermarket and McDonalds) the to the end of the park.

Comfortable rooms. Comfortable bath rooms attached. Good ambience. Can park your car inside the compound. The spread for the breakfast is so so. Bare minimum. Wifi is good. Courteous reception.Ground floor rooms are good,as you can walk in to the breakfast area and also moving in or out your luggage does not require lift.

We like the previous reviewer , were placed in this hotel by Trafalgar tours in the middle of nowhere, supposedly Madrid! There is no hotel restaurant, no fridge, we slept with the window open as the air conditioner was useless, no tea and coffee facilities in our room, basically a room in an industrial estate! Never again and my letter to Trafalgar will be scathing.
