The hotel is great for a few days, it is close to the Madrid ring roads, and if you want to go to the center (we went to Faunia and it was 15-20 minutes) like to Warner (15 minutes). The hotel has free covered parking, the option we took included breakfast, which was pretty well figured out and had many options.
Perhaps the family room for 4 people was a little small, but considering that we were only there to sleep it was phenomenal, a great option to return and repeat.
5 minutes from the hotel, on the other side of the highway, is the Nassica shopping center, which has many restaurant options in general.

Hotel very close to Warner Park about 10 minutes, and about 5 minutes from the Nassica shopping center (outlet) which is well worth a visit.
The hotel is very good, clean rooms. The only thing the reception staff, very formal and unresponsive. Special mention to the girl who works in the breakfast area, Carmen, who was very attentive with our coeliac girl. Good breakfast buffet.

"I don't usually do this, but frankly I was very disappointed with the accommodation in your facilities tonight.
I am staying at 004, Eurostar Pinto and I will be checking out shortly. I guarantee that after my stay at different EUROSTAR hotels of the Hotusa Group, I have never encountered anything like this. The attached images speak for themselves of a four-star hotel. the category that should be the EUROSTAR quality mark.
It is evident that I cannot expect the facilities and services of the Madrid Tower, for me of exceptional quality, but I must tell you that for work today in Pinto, I selected this hotel from the chain and as I say, I believe that it is not representative of it and I would add which is shameful.
The images need to add lack of good floor cleaning and musty smells in the bathroom, I don't think I will repeat accommodation, but in addition to the negative review on my part of this experience, I believe, I insist, that it does not deserve a client of this chain hotel, pay for such deplorable (and I insist, demonstrated with the images) services of a supposed 4 star.

We stayed on October 31, 2023. We were two adults and a child. We have it Chosen for its proximity to Parque Warner (about 10 minutes by car). The hotel is well kept and our room was very large. The breakfast was very varied and of excellent quality. We booked directly from their site for hotel+park tickets. The only flaw if we want to define it like this is that instead of a single double bed, we had 3 single beds and with a 4 year old sleeping in the bed with us it is the best but in any case we combined all three beds. My personal advice is to perhaps add a shuttle to the park without having to wait for an uber/taxi or bus. The experience was positive, and we will definitely return.

No idea how this hotel gets such a good rating. Rooms are a maximum of 3 stars in terms of comfort, there is nowhere to eat nearby, no gym, double bed is not a double bed, TV is tiny and old. Menu from the restaurant: burgers, pizza, salad - I hope that at least tastes good.

We arrived at the hotel half an hour early and the reception was fantastic the super nice and polite receptionist told us that our room was not yet ready but that she would try to install us as briefly as possible, she informed us of all the services available to the hotel and as she had said she already had a room ready for us. Perfect hotel if you are going to visit Warner Bros. It is in an industrial estate in front of a gas station and next door, it has a huge shopping center with cinemas, shops and restaurants.
