The property is very well maintained and in line with holiday inn brand. The hotel staff is very responsive and willing to listen and resolve issues. Special mention for mr burta of front desk. Very cooperative. However the Taste of all indian dishes in breakfast and indian restaurant in holiday inn resort, both the places. We tried all indian dishes both, Breakfast in express and meals in resort.

Such a convenient hotel where u can find almost everything around it especially the beach is right beside it, no more than 2mins walk. The room was comfy and clean, easy for us to do our own laundry. Definitely will go back here again and enjoy another wonderful holiday

This hotel did the job but certainly didn’t exceed my expectations. My booking included complimentary hotel transfer, I had planned ahead and contacted the hotel to provide my arrival details, this process was great, I had a driver ‘DIPA’ waiting with a smile in the airport arrivals hall, he was very welcoming and friendly. Check in like most holiday Inn was easy and as I had paid in advance my room was ready and room access provides with a smile. As many expect of snail resorts a welcome drink was not provided (I hadn’t expected being HIEX) but what I did get was a token to get a complimentary drink in the pool bar of which I could use at my leisure and a 20% discount for food and beverage at the neighbouring holiday inn resort, this was a nice surprise. The room itself on the first level was fine in proportion, small and comfortable but with a view you wouldn’t write home about and a distinct smell from the drains that was far from pleasant but one you come to expect in Bali. You get what you pay for and for that I got a comfortable bed. The cleanliness however questionable after I found stains on sheets in the morning that were not of my own (the golden rule that I didn’t follow after a long day was look ‘in’ the bed). My sleep was not great.. I had requested to not be in a connecting room a request I prefer being that I was travelling alone this request however could not be granted as I was told the hotel was full (very hard to believe being wet season/off peak and not many people to be seen) therefore I had to endure listening to the neighbouring resident on the phone on load speaker of an evening and his tv of a morning, Overnight the corridors was extremely noisy with banging doors and yelling until 3am so to say I had a restful sleep would be lying, this was disappointing. Again I queried if there was a more quiet floor/room again apologies from reception staff and claim ‘hotel full’ I gave up and got up early to use the fitness centre which was adequate for what I needed and has an amazing view to look out upon whilst exercising. The pool area is lovely and being the wet season not very busy (for a full hotel????) Breakfast offering was small but tasty and fresh and the service there was excellent, no complaints there. Overall don’t expect too much other than friendly service, hotel near the airport, free airport shuttle and convenience of location to shops/restaurants. If you want quiet and solitude this hotel is not for you.…

Had a lovely stay. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived at lunch time but the reception staff were very kind, took my bag and gave me a free drink at the rooftop bar while I waited. Also, I really appreciate the upgraded room and recognition as a person who is very loyal to IHG. It’s nice to be looked after. The hotel is very clean. Modern but basic. It was definitely worth a lot more than the $50AUD per night I paid that’s for sure. Exceptionally good value. I thought breakfast was a bit ordinary until I was approached about 10 minutes in and was offered bacon and eggs that was prepared behind the scenes for no extra charge. I was under the impression it was just a buffet and then I was pleasantly surprised. The location is a bit ordinary as Kuta is not really my “vibe”. However I did like that there was a mall, supermarket and a few little souvineer shops within 5 and 10 minutes walk. The self service laundry was also handy as I hate packing dirty clothes in my suitcase. It cost $7AUD which was one wash and one dry cycle with detergent included. The machines are massive so this is a good bonus if you are planning on travelling as a family. Overall I would stay here again. Very good value for money. The staff are definitely what make the hotel a positive experience.…

The hotel has a nice location. It’s near the beach, restaurant and malls. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff are very polite, accommodating, nice and attentive to our needs. Special mention to Mr. Krisna Bayu from the front desk for taking care of our daily needs and questions. Also to Mr. Komang Ariawan for taking care of our billing and check out process. The rooms were small but adequate and clean. The breakfast is delicious but with little variety. The staff were accommodating and responded to our requests and needs. All in all a very good, safe, clean and very affordable hotel to stay in Baruna, Bali.

We arrived 9am check in time is 3pm. Krishna balu on the frontdesk is really nice and he go out of his way to make us comfortable and welcome. He also explain everything to us. He speaks good english. He help us find good restaurant. The room is clean and nice. Price is affordable

Decision has been made upon free airport transfer service. You can make this request at the time of booking or check-in. Hotel and Airport is 10-min drive. You can relax at swimming pool at the roof-top at 4th floor. Free breakfast is available for all guests. In case of early flight, you can ask sth as grab and go at free of charge. Room is quite big, clean…. There are fridge and TV in the room. As standard of Holiday Inn Express, we can enjoy all facilities. You can take Grabbike or Grabcar to Beachwalk Shopping approx few bucks…..but traffic not ok….Grabbike is better Bali Traffic in Bali Downtown is horrible. Then, you have to make proper plan before going anywhere. Coin-Laundry Machine is available. There 2 convenience stores outside the hotel for short walk. Highly recommended for overnight stay before taking flight at the airport…..or coming at late night and explore the other parts of Bali next morning.…

I was under the impression that Candle light menu is always subjected to Non-vegetarian cuisine with alcohol, but your entire team proved it wrong. I had a wonderful experience of my lifetime yesterday when we saw the arrangements in the garden. We were awestruck with the decorations, flowering and lighting. The vegetarian food prepared by your Chef and the team was all of the above. On top of that, the courtesy provided by your team who was attending us was the best. Thank you so much for allowing our photographer from outside as the moments we captured were priceless. A big salute to your entire team who have put their heart and soul in making our dinner an unforgettable experience.
