My wife Laura and I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our Dordogne holiday and found Le Noyer to be the perfect B&B. It's tranquil setting and fantastic pool are befitting of a luxury hotel. Catharine, the owner, was very welcoming and willing to help us out with any local information and dinner reservations which were great....

We had such a lovely stay for a wedding. Catharine and her husband were so welcoming and attentive and the rooms and grounds were beautiful and well kept. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely incredible. I've never had service like it, and should I visit the area again, I will definitely be going back!

I stayed here with a group for four nights, whilst attending a friend's wedding. What can I say, it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The building and its grounds are beautiful – even by the region's standards. Built around a lovely central courtyard, the rooms are very spacious and the understated Japanese-influenced decor adds to the air...

My wife and I just spent 3 nights at Le Noyer Residence. The accommodations were superb, the meals outstanding and imaginative. Best of all were our warm and thoughtful hosts, Catharine and Gert-Jan. I recommend this fine establishment to anyone who enjoys a beautiful environment in excellent company close to the attractions of the Dordogne region.

Le Noyer Residence is a beautiful house and the owners (particularly Catharine) are nice hosts. She prepared us a wonderful dinner eventhough it was her own birthday. The rooms are quite agreeable but the steep stairs to reach them is a bit difficult with your luggage.

All the good things that the other reviewers said were true of our visit as well. Service, food and surroundings were excellent so I will add a few small details that may help someone better make a decision. Both Catharine and Geertjan speak English and Catharine is very fluent. Their first language is Flemish and they have many Flemish guests....

Traveling through the Dordogne we found this lovely little Chateau with hotel and restaurant facilities. We intend to stay here for two days but due to the excellent hospitality we stayed here 4 days. The lady of the house prepares diners of high standards. This all against more than reasonable prices. Be sure we are coming back in the years...
