I almost expected to have the FSB wanting to see my passport...

We were in search of a hotel whilst on a road trip and came across hotel Le Cetus, with 3 stars in neon lights, thats where the rating ends! The Restaurant is top class. The Hotel can only be practically accessed by car. Only thing within walking distance is a large retail park. The rooms are very basic, the shower is hopeless. A/C is adequete. Bed is not very comfortable. Lots of road noise. OK for budget business travel, I would not stay here at my own expense
