This would be first rate were it not so badly designed from the perspective of lazy skiers! The accommodation is divided into 4 or 5 different blocks. Two of these (B and C) can only be reached by lift and then a set of stairs. Even the lift is inconvenient: go into the parking (through two doors) and then out...

I'll keep it quick - apartments well presented, equipped (great ovens, very versatile!) and warm. The complex is a real rabbit warren and oddly set-up; you have to walk through a car park, a lift and several flights of steps to get to the higher apartments. Reception is closed 11am-4pm which is a pain, car parking is minimal and the...

Dear Paul, thank you for your comment, you'll have several steps but you have too the best view of the residence!! Reception is open from 7.30 to 11 am and from 4 to 8 pm which is enough to process requests from our clients. Wifi is poor because the resort is busy and we are waiting for the fiber! Hope...

Slow check-in - staff are typically chic staff but incapable of working at any pace. Rooms not ready until 1700. Resort offers half day skipass for free but no chance of using as rooms only ready after lifts stop! Given an inventory which shows items they know aren't in room. Heaters can't be switched off so intolerably hot as the...

This is a very nice hotel, but there are some important considerations. Therefore 3 stars. To get to the Basile lodge from reception there are 3 elevators, 3 sets of stairs and a walk through the parking garage.. If you have kids and lots of gear, be ready to Sherpa!! Also there is one WiFi login per bedroom in your...

Dear Lisa$ Thank you for your comment, Our chalets are integrated into the landscape, they are not buildings without souls. We are sorry for the cleaning, next time, you can ask at the reception and we will come to clean better. The apartments are very wel located and are rather fully equiped. The spa is great and the staff of the welness is very professional. View on the mountains during a massage: check! Although there are some remarks. We rented an apartment for 10 persons and there are only 2 toilets but 4 bathrooms. An extra toilet, and a shower less,...

dear Client Thank you for your comment! We are waiting for then fiber to update our wifi system but at 2050 m it still will be slow! The reconnection system is made to avoid abusive downloads that block bandwidth. It is important for us that all users can use the Internet and not just the first people connected. We hope...

The Granges Soleil was in a pretty good location, in a very family friendly part of the resort (Plagne Soleil). The swimming pool area is nice and in very good condition. The rooms themselves also were not too bad, although not very 'cosy', they were functional and clean. Unfortunately though, it was let down badly by several things that seem...

The difference between this CGH residence and others we have stayed in (for example Montgenevre) lies in the way the accommodation is run and how it has been designed. Firstly, the design is such that the accommodation blocks creep up the ski slope. Whilst this is a good idea and allows genuine ski in ski out access it means that...

Dear Mr Ruidasilva The quality and speed of the WiFi signal depends on the environment . Many elements can weaken or disrupt the quality of the WiFi (concrete walls, bricks, metal partitions, electromagnetic devices) . We are located in a highter place at 2050 meters, clerarly t you will not have the same connection as in a capital like Lisbon....
