Spending 5 nights in this lovely hotel and couldn't ask for a better location or more comfy room. Large sun trap of a balcony makes for a totally relaxing evening after a day of sight seeing Bed comfortable ,shower good ,friendly hosts- can't ask for any thing else. Plenty of restuarants in the area. Totally enjoyed our stay here.

Quaint little hotel, absolutely immaculate, in a pretty village with cafes, bars and restaurants. Just a short taxi drive to the mariner and the main town. Great for a short break. The owners of the hotel are very welcoming and gave us information about what was in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be staying...

I have seen some bad reviews recently which I think is a shame. The Pueblo I agree is more a B&B than a Hotel but we paid a reasonable price for our rooms (2) and I guess I was lucky as I had Room 1 which was a nice little double looking out over the pretty Square. We only stayed...

I had intended to write this the other day - only to see someone else has written a very similar review. I can assure everyone we are not in the same party or have ever met – believe it or not! Positives are; good communication on booking and prior to arrival, clean rooms and bathroom (lovely Argentinian gentleman seeing to...

Thank you for your positive comments. I will just need to explain a few of your other comments. As I had no credit card details for your booking I needed to take a payment up front. I also normally take payment as I do not put a block on the card as most hotels will. They check your card to...

Apart from there being very little to see or do in the close vicinity to this hotel, the hotel itself is actually a glorified bed and breakfast establishment. Whilst it is undoubtedly clean, it is right on a busy road and without blackout curtains it is difficult to stay asleep beyond 5.00am at this time of year. There were no...

As I said to your co traveller who also gave us a three star review we refer you to 99% of our reviews . We take on board constructive criticism and act on it if we feel it would benefit our customers. We are a couple of hundred metres from a 4 star hotel and know for fact that our...

But not really going to say its good either. We stayed one night (group of four), the rooms were ok all very clean. I personally was woken through the night with the boiler filling up with water, the walls appear to be paper thin. The breakfast was a sort of buffet which was just about ok.. My friends and I...

I was going to do a detailed response to your review. However , I decided that that the other 99% of our reviews from over 3000 customers speaks volumes for them appreciating the charm, quality, service , ambience and value for money of our unique hotel which is rated in the top 1% in the world on customer reviews. We spent two nights in this hotel and enjoyed every minute. Great location to explore the old town. Very clean and comfortable with great views from our room. Conveniently situated for a wide range of restaurants. Fantastic hosts! This hotel is highly recommended

I stumbled across Benalmadena Pueblo and this hotel by accident, and I am very glad I did. We were looking for 4 nights away within easy reach of Malaga and places we could visit during the day but somewhere that we could have restaurants on the doorstep, and could have a wander around at night. Christine met us on arrival...

Suited our needs perfectly. Didn't want a hotel by the beach or with a pool so this was perfect. Location in the middle of the old town is wonderful - lots of excellent restaurants within 200m. Special mention for the wonderful considerate owner. Helped with all questions - needed a doctor which she fixed. - always checking that all was...
