On our first day we couldn't get any loungers so we ended up paying every day for the roof top beds which are lovely but pricy. Food lovely & staff however the shabbiness of the main pool makes the hotel appear more 3 star ... needs a makeover

We have recently returned from a weeks all inclusive holiday in the Gloria Palace San Agustin, Gran Canaria booked through Thomas Cook. On arrival we were dropped in the street and had to push our cases up a steep hill and through a carpark before we could find the entrance. No where in the Thomas Cook brochure did it say...

We stayed at the Gloria Pakace in Sat Agustin, Gran Canaria, for the second time in April 2017. The hotel is very welcoming, from the glass of cava on arrival to the clean 2 bed family apartments. The hotel is busy, even in April, so might be crazy in July/August. The restaurant is buffet, all you can eat, with good...
