The manager, Kat, was so nice and helpful when I called to make a reservation. She is extremely competent and took care of all my requests quickly and efficiently. A couple days before our check-in I called and Alex, on the front desk, helped me select a room that would best suit my needs. We were so pleased with the room! It was in the corner away from the elevator and the highway. It was so quiet. The people staying there were all very quiet also. Breakfast is a bit limited due to Covid with a grab and go. But there were plenty of items to choose from and the fresh fruit was good. We were satisfied.
I asked for a late checkout from the GM. She is great. However, they forgot to check me out. I called at 850 pm in between flights and got what could only described as an imbecile named Alex. I explained what happened and that I spoke directly with the GM this morning and was checking and needed a 4pm checkout. He kept saying your not due to check out till tomorrow. Over and over again , apparently ignoring me and not listening to me. He would do nothing and refused to simply check me out and get a receipt, he refused to leave a note for the m refused to contact someonelike P.I.C. and I finally asked him to send me to voicemail. He refused we d to help was not courteous ,failed to listen to a Titanium Elite and gave my only option to call back. I am getting on my second plane and furious!!!!!!! I left the GM a VM but not sure if he would or might delete that message. Uuurgh a front desk agent who acts like an idiot, refuses to be hospitable should be removed or retrained. If I don't get this resolved (which is pretty to do btw) and have no receipt reflecting my 2 night stay. I will leave many reviews on line detailing my experience. Why on earth would you treat a Titanium guest that way!!!!…
Breakfast consisted of tiny sausage “sandwiches” and yogurt. The kitchenette in the room has been stripped of all utensils, silverware, and even the ice trays from the freezer. What’s left is a very average hotel with a very average room. Minus points for not fulfilling brand requisites. Also don’t expect any informing of the posted mask rules. There are numerous guests traversing the halls, unmasked and unchallenged even in PROLONGED full view of the manager.
Friendly staff but a very dated facilities with many problems; sink not draining, bath tub with rust stains, room smell like cigarettes, very old bath towels, etc. It makes harder with COVID-19 even for a short stay.
Honestly, it was okay to sleep in, but I would not stay there again. The room my mother-in-law and I stayed in had taken water damage at some point. The floors were warped, and the tiles were loose. The bathroom door would not close all the way because of the warpage. The ceiling was even peeling. The only good thing was the customer service. Overall, not impressed.
