I'm not sure where to start...the beautiful property, the view or the food! It was a wonderful B&B! First, the room. We stayed in the cottage, with a balcony overlooking the Guadalupe River, which is beautiful. The B&B is set in the trees, with beautiful landscaping, walks, deck, hammock, pool, hot tub. The room was comfortable, with extras such as...

Stayed in the Mulberrie Court room which is up front. Had our own front entrance and room is very nicely decorated. It says it sleeps three but that's got to be a short third person. Grounds are beautiful, several common decks to overlook the river. Buy some wine during the day and unwind in the evening. A little over a...

Come home and relax. That is the feel of this place. The staff treats you like family. Our weekend get away was perfect. With only 7 b&b it feels like staying home away from home. Scenery is amazing. Hugging the Guadalupe river you can relax. Very antiqued rooms and good home cooked breakfast.

Isolated from the busy crowds of town, but close enough to get there in a short time. Excellent breakfast with the most courteous staff you will ever find. Enjoyed just visiting with the staff and learning about the house. Can't get any closer to the river than being right on top. Easy access to river if that is your thing.

I was invited along on a girls weekend with no information on the outing. But what an amazing treat at this B&B! We stayed in an adorable cottage decorated in child-like whimsy with cute nooks, fun colors, great books. I spent one day enjoying the gorgeous gardens, decks over the river, and sunny pool deck. The butterflies and wildlife were...

My husband and I wanted to stay at a B&B for our anniversary, which we had never done before. Everything was perfect. We stayed in the Quilly's Antiques room, which has it's own private balcony and a view of the river. The room was cozy, clean, and relaxing. We spent most of our time enjoying the fireplace and the balcony....

We did a couples weekend renting three rooms, owners were great. I used to run a B&B so I'm kind of particular. Food was great and a Blessing said before our group meal. Opened my bathroom window to deer right outside.

Cozy rooms (several to choose from) on the river. Very relaxing with the town of Gruene just a couple of miles away. Breakfast was wonderful and so were the staff and owners. Would go back in a heartbeat.

There is so much beauty in this little area. It's amazing how so much could be packed into such a small area and make it feel like alot. This was a girl's weekend, but we were the only girls there. Everyone else visiting were couples, and extremely understandable... Lamb's Rest is perfect for getting away to reconnect with a loved...

Located right on the Guadalupe River about 1 mile from historic Gruene. Has a huge back yard with multiple levels of decks with chairs looking onto the river. Huge trees give great shade. We loved just sitting out watching the river go by. Breakfast was excellent. Our room had a Kuerig coffee maker in it in case you wanted coffee...
