The Breakfast room on Sunday Feb 19 was out of most foods. They were out of coffee, Oatmeal,Bread, Milk, yogurt, milk etc. On Monday Feb 20, the cinnamon rolls were small" out of the can rolls"; not Holiday Inn Rolls. The Breakfast room was not swept at all. Trash was overflowing near elevators, and Breakfast room. One person was running the check in/out, the phone calls and poorly working the breakfast bar. I stay at Holiday Inn Express for a quick breakfast. I need to be compensated for no Breakfast. The Pancake machine was broken. Staff could not find Remote for TV. Our room was mostly clean. There was dirt near the bottom of both beds. Every staff member was nice. It appears the Franchise at this hotel is not living up to the Holiday Inn Express Standards. Better than I expected. Never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before. Great bed, big shower and climate control worked great. Free breakfast was way above average. Omelet sausage, biscuits and excellent gravy. Two busses full of high school kids there but it was not noisy

Place was very clean. Was also very quiet. The water pressure was amazing. Overall had no complaints. Breakfast was hot and tasty as well. Been staying here once a month for 8 months now. Love the place.

Our 4 day stay over the Christmas weekend was delightful. Johanna greeted us with a goodie bag that came in really handy. We were the IHG guest of the day. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The hotel was super clean and everyone was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our roll in shower, too!

I actually made this reservation for my son and his new bride, they were very pleased at how clean and the overall appearance of the Hotel. They were very happy with the reservation. It was easy to check in and the staff was very profesional and friendly.

The staff was friendly, very clean property and the late check out for IHG members is great! Breakfast was good. The only thing bad was the pool wasn’t open and it was full of dirty water. If we can’t use it at least empty it and clean it out.
