When we checked in we were given a room that had not been cleaned and instead of immediately getting us a different room, the front desk clerk and housekeeping lady looked at a list and discussed why the room hadn't been cleaned yet while we stood in the hall, waiting with our luggage. We stayed 2 nights and both times I went to get coffee, the coffee pot sitting there was empty and no coffee cups. There were two women standing there discussing a local murder case while I was trying to get coffee when I discoved both pots were empty and I was clearly looking around to see if there was anyone who could help me. I finally gave up and as I was leaving I saw both of them behind the front desk! They worked there, saw that I was needing help and went on with their discussion without offering any help. The buffet where the food was had not been cleaned, there were bits of food people had dropped and obviously no one monitoring the area. Terrible service and management!! I realize this wasn't the Ritz, and wasn't expecting the royal treatment, but this was really disappointing.…

On our move to AZ we had to find a motel that could accommodate a Uhaul pulling a car trailer. This motel was close to interstate and had a gravel lot for the moving truck and trailer. Quiet, comfortable room with mini-fridge and microwave.

Not the Waldorf. But, not the "no tell junkie hut". This place is just right for anyone with work to do in the area. Or normal, human beings who just need a place to get a decent night's sleep. Pool, and a hot tub for soaking the bones.

We had an issue with a thrown breaker in the room (I assume) and the coffee maker and hair drier wouldn't work. We told the receptionist (who was also the manager) and he was extremely helpful and allowed us to use the adjacent room for the items that wouldn't work. Aside from this the room was very nice and everything was clean and comfortable.

Staff was not friendly at all. Room was good, bed comfortable. Due to Covid did not notice breakfast, but did not partake. This location was on the other side of town from my family's home and I wasn't aware of that prior to booking. Would not book this property in the future due to location and staff.

A/c didn’t work in 304 2 separate times in one month. In WEST TEXAS of all places 🔥🔥🔥 Management was notified both times, so I don’t understand. Heat rises and the hallway was cooler than my room. Hot water wasn’t as hot as it could be. Clean, but that doesn’t matter much when you’re uncomfortable.

one of the housekeepers was complaining about doing her job right saying the room was filthy when we cleaned the room ourselves and made sure there wasn’t a mess ,bad worker 👎 never again the pool was fun though

The bed felt like sleeping on the ground underneath a pine tree where the ground is littered with pine cones. The shower pressure was pathetic but the water was hot despite the aroma of sulfur. The breakfast was ok if you stuck to the packaged food.
