Great quiet room; great pillows. No hallway noise or road noise. Had occassion to go to the breakfast room at 7am to get some coffee. Lots of eggs, breads, cereals, etc. Went back with the famiy at 9am: Chocolate milk--gone Yogurt--gone Muffins--gone Bagels--gone Butter--gone Eggs--plain awful Oatmeal--old and crusty Packaged cereals--gone Just some white bread and hard boiled eggs. I truly hope management does not respond to this email with "we value your patronage and are sorry that we did not meet your expectations." It is very simple--make sure the breakfast room is stocked for all customers at all times. If management does respond--I would like to know their plan (in writing!) as to how to avoid this from happening for other guests
My friend and I had an excellent experience at this hotel. We arrived into Odessa far later than we had expected on our arrival date, and we had booked a room at the hotel across the street to this Fairfield. We ended up on several very frustrating phone encounters with the Hilton across the street and even experienced the worst in person customer service I’ve ever received. We were then left stranded in an unknown town with nowhere to stay. We called over to this Fairfield inn and spoke with Marci. Marci was welcoming, accommodating, and sympathetic of our situation and made us feel at home after driving through the night for 19 hours. We really appreciated her help and kindness. When we finally arrived in Odessa and came to Marco’s Fairfield, we were very happy and so relieved to see that this hotel is very clean, well maintained and up to date! Everything in the room was clean and worked excellently. Thank you for the great experience Marci! We will definitely be staying here again.…
Maricruz Burney was a life saver and the biggest help in the world. So so nice and understanding and did everything in her power to accommodate us on a short notice. I am only staying at this hotel when I come to town.
What a surprise must change our own sheets as they claim due to covid the limit house keeping, makes no darn sense at all sure not adding to sanitation that way. Ohhh breakfast is a complete joke would be enough for a kindergarden kid probally. Can say place is good and quite with friendly staff amenities suck here
Hotel is fine but there is a loud noise from outside that whines all night long. If you are a light sleeper I would stay somewhere else. I was up all night. Breakfast was good and the room was nice and clean but I will never stay here again simply because I can not sleep through the night here
We stayed overnight on our way to Arizona. The hotel was conveniently located. The room was clean, but had a bit of a musty smell. We were surprised that this location charges a $7 self parking fee. It is disclosed on the website, we had just never encountered that at any other Fairfield. Breakfast was fresh with a nice variety of items. Service was friendly.
Spent a weekend here. Hotel was very clean, staff was tremendously friendly, and breakfast was the best! The only negative thing I can say is that the floors are a bit thin and if someone walks heavily above you, you will hear it. Location was perfect. Close to shopping areas.
This is my second time staying at this hotel, it is a clean hotel with very nice staff. This trip I decided to take a swim. I ended up not swimming. Pool was dirty and in a major need of repair. You could see chipped paint, and the pool area was not clean. Pool looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. Hopefully if I visit again, this issue will be fixed.
I been working in Odessa for six years now, and I have to say that my experience has been the best. The staff is so helpful and very friendly, especially Irish. I would strongly recommend this hotel to any one coming into town
Great location with easy access to I20, UTPM and all activities in Odessa. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Good value proposition. Good for families. Recommend for any type of visit. Would stay here next time.
