Staff was very nice. I had a couple issues but they were taking care of very promptly and professionally. If the average person would take notice of the time that they serve breakfast you would see that it says Baymont, not Burger King. Food was great. If you had a timing issue be fair in your thoughts and compliments. That falls on you. Also, do you really expect to walk in early on an establishment that has certain hours posted? Trying to walk in after those hours? They have lives also. Their sole purpose is not to serve you but between the hours of which they are open and when they close. It is not only an establishment to dwell for the night, but they also have hours of when they serve meals. Think about that if you ran your own business. Do you want people banging on your door an hour early before you open? Walking in 2 minutes before you close? Think about it, be receptive to what goes on, show your intelligence if you have any. Life does not revolve around you. If you did on the business think about how your employees feel when they have to stay that extra time that they can't be with their families cuz you're such a jackwagon.

Business owner with several business associates that make frequent trips to Odessa/Midland area. Advised on website they will charge card once I checked in. Card was charged immediately when I reserved. (Full price of stay). Other than that I enjoyed the stay. But if not corrected I will take my business elsewhere. Don’t lie to get my business

I left my headphones in my room after checkout. Discovered my missing headphones at the airport. Front desk would never answer the phone. Called 9 times between 6:00-8:30 AM. Ended up waiting a couple of days and calling back. Front desk said they would give me a call if house keeping finds them. Never got a call. Called front desk again and specifically left my name, room number, description of the headphones, and phone number. Still haven't heard from the front desk. Bathroom light would shut off after a minute or two; 120V socket on lamp would come out of the lamp exposing wires.

The only 1 elevator they had was out of service. I stayed 5 days there and out of those 5 days 4 days they had NO hot water. I asked for a refund and they denied my request. When asked about the hot water they said wait 15 minutes. Who has 15 minutes to wait to be able to shower? I travel for work and have stayed at many hotels and this 15 minute wait excuse was by far the worst I’ve heard.

Was given the key to someone else’s room which in turn made me feel unsafe. The room I ended up with was extremely filthy. Throw up stains on the bed skirts, previous guests hairs in the shower, stains on the carpet and accent chair, dirty headboards.

If I could give zero stars I would. It's was absolutely disgusting! Pills all over the floor, toe nails, food, jewelry, open safety pins, hair rubber bands and a letter from someone's wife. The walls had holes, black mold and rust everywhere. Then our son pulls back the blankets and there was a huge chunk of someone hair in the bed he was going to sleep in. These people should be ashamed of this place.

Stopped for the night after almost 10 hours in the car. The room was DISGUSTING!!! The toilet wouldn't flush, there were crumbs on the carpet, hair in the shower AND an ant on the bed. Called down to the rather indifferent emplyee (no "sorry for the inconvenience" or anything) and demanded another room. I was tempted to leave and demand a refund, but all I wanted to do was sleep. A new room was provided, albeit begrudgingly, and that one was both clean and functioning. Would not stop here EVER again based on their seemingly non-existent standards when it comes to cleanliness.

Don't stay here!! This place is a DUMP! OMG!! My room was filthy. Smoke alarm doesn't work. TVs don't work. The door key card lockset is ready to fall off. I'm 71 years old and this is the worst hotel room I have ever had. This hotel needs to be torn down! The other reviews here are fake!
