While driving cross country, I was going to stay in Pecos Texas, but decided against it after seeing most of the town had been closed down....the choices weren't favorable so I soldiered on to Odessa. Once there, I walked into the Homewood Suites by Hilton Odessa and Javier was the agent at the front desk.
He helped me to find my Hilton Hhonors number and was incredibly patient with me while I was uploading the ap. Once that was done, he gave me a room and told me about the properties offerings, including breakfast. I told him I'd be out the door well before the breakfast was open and he offered to have a breakfast bag waiting for me if I wished. I declined, but that is what the Hospitality business is all about! Javier should be training associates on how to provide service as he was courteous, professional and definitely on brand for Hilton.
The room had a seal on the door to let me know it had been sanitized and no one had entered since it was cleaned. Everything in the room was perfect, and it was really easy to get comfortable knowing how clean it was.

I always scour reviews and I’m particular about hotels with my family. This place was my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Here’s why it’s a winner.
1. Hot breakfast!! Eggs, sausage, waffles, plus fruit, cereal, etc.
2. Sparkling clean ! Even the lobby bathroom was always had dry counter tops and had a fresh (not chemical) smell.
3. Awesome water pressure.
4. Wonderful location. We walked to three different restaurants that adjoined the hotel parking lot.
5. Quite and lovely facilities. A pretty covered patio with lots of great lounge furniture over looking the CLEAN pool.
6. With two small kids, we love places with a separate bedroom with a couch bed for the kids. I really liked that this place also had a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and even an ice maker in the freezer.

Excellent one night stay. Plenty of well-lit parking, convenient location behind a strip mall (with several food choices), felt safe even with a late check in. Check in and out was smooth and friendly.
Room was a good sized suite that was clean and well maintained. Having a kitchenette and some real plates and utensils was a step up from the usual hotel class even for just one night. Bed and room environment was comfortable, had a good night's sleep.
Good value and stay, would definitely return.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton are very nice accommodations for travelers in Odessa Texas. Single rooms are built like suites with kitchenette and living room. Amenities were helpful if you want to exercise, wash laundry, breakfast, or hang out at the patio or pool. Nice linens and room comforts. Facility was clean, neat, quiet, and pleasant. Great meeting place or mini-vacation. Discount for Hilton Honors members - that's helpful!

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Sleeping area was separated from the living and kitchen area. Good location with many restaurants within walking distance. Located near the University that has an amazing Stonehenge replica on property.
The one caveat about the room is the tub/shower combo. There are no grips on tub surface and no bath mat. Upon entering tub/shower, I slipped and injured my leg resulting in a giant hematoma, golf ball sized. Reported this to front desk, showing him the injury on my leg. He said there was nothing he could do and management would be in touch. We checked out. Never received a call. After a week of many unanswered calls, we finally did get a hold of someone and the manager did return our call. She had not been informed of the incident and was apologetic. Issue was resolved. I would recommend if no mat is in bath, use a towel on the base of tub to prevent slipping.
Also, there is a large mall type parking area and we were not informed there was a charge for parking. Presently it is $3.87.

Marco made check in so easy and fast. He whole property was clean and welcoming. Close to restaurants. Have stayed here before and always return to this hotel. The best thing about the hotel is they let my little dogs stay without any questions.

The survey was great until it required a 200 word minimum. I enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and the room was spacious enough not to feel like a cage. The refridgerator and freezer was helpful because it eliminated eating out.

This is a wonderful hotel experience. I will always be looking for Homewood Inn and suites from now on. A giant step above Hampton Inn. We did a cross country trip and this is the second one we stayed at and highly recommend this brand. This one had clean updated rooms with stocked kitchenette, full sized fridge, microwave etc. Great staff experience beginning to end.

Upon arrival front desk was able to find my reservation right away. Very friendly. Hotel and room was very clean. Overall I was very pleased with cleanliness and all precautions the hotel takes to make sure room is sanitized and clean.
