I had the chance to stay in this Wyndham Property while passing though Odessa earlier this year. I pulled into the driveway and the hotel looked and felt very new, so that was a bonus. I checked in fairly easy and was given a nice room. The hotel, the entrance and all the amenities on the first floor were very newish and decorative which gives the hotel a trendy feel. My room was a good enough size with a nice comfy bed, enough room to move around and a desk and a chair with an ottoman in the corner. My bathroom was very clean and well laid out and it had plenty of towels. One of my issues was the lack of USB plugins for all of my electronics and spotty if best wifi. As a business traveller, this isn't a good thing. I also had an AC/heat unit right on the wall beside my bed. It was a little noise and I had cool air blowing on me all night. Although I didn't use it the gym had good equipment, the equipment was newer and there was enough room for all kinds of workouts. The next morning I went downstairs and had a very nice hearty breakfast. There were plenty of choices and all of the food was good quality and fresh. One last thing, for some reason my stay was not recorded in my Wyndham account so I got no points for my stay, bummer!!!

We had a one night stop over in this hotel and it was very nice for the price. We had some trouble distinguishing which hotel was ours because there are two La Quinta hotels right next to each other and it is not marked on the outside. So I had to stand in line at the wrong hotel only to have to change hotels and stand in line again. We were tired and this made the check in process longer than it should have been. The room was very nice, clean and the queen bed was very comfortable. Loved the large walk in shower! Breakfast was a disappointment though, the eggs had been cooked as omelets with cheese in them and they were melted together in the warmer. The sausage was undercooked and we didn't eat them due to this. It didn't appear as though others were eating them too. The fruit was not in the best of shape either. Disappointing because we normally have good breakfast at La Quinta. We would stay here again as it was a convenient location and the bed was awesome.

I booked our room for two nights because I knew we would miss the posted 11am checkout time. When we turned in our keys about 2:15pm, Front Desk Clerk Roxie and Front Desk Manager Josie offered to refund our second night without our asking. We were so surprised and happy! They didn't have to do this. We left feeling that we weren't just numbers but customers who received individualized treatment. We will definitely stay here again. Hats off to Roxie, Josie, and GM Karla.

Don't get me wrong,this place is wonderful in all aspects. Great quality, service and anything you could ask for. However, I called at 4am asking if there were any rooms available with a checkout of Sunday(mind you, it was Saturday at the time). The lady said,"yes we have a room and checkout will be 12 Tomorrow". Little did I know she meant 12 Saturday and I had been charged not once but TWICE for the room. The problem arose when their systems had said I only paid ONCE. I called the bank and the guy that helped me said that for sure there were two charges $102.35, however I still wasn't allowed to stay. I am still waiting for a refund as of Jun, 28th.

The hospitality the smiles on the staffs face absolutely amazing. I'm going through a very difficult time I was traveling alone I was in town to bury my husband who had just recently passed away. The staff was not aware of this at the time. And the kindness they displayed was overwhelming I felt like Angels were surrounding me and it was actually the staff of La Quinta Inn. Josie took very good care of me, and when I left I told her my husband had passed and that I appreciated the Hospitality that I received made my stays more welcoming through my difficult time. Mine and my husband's dog Woody goes everywhere with me and he has my support and they welcomed my dog with open arms as well and that meant a lot to me. Thanks again for making my 3-day trip over there pleasurable and not a nightmare.

The Front Desk Supervisor (Ms. Josie) is absolutely outstanding. I spend 95% of my year traveling and I have to tell you the reason I continue to stay at this particular La Quinta Sienna North Tower is for one reason: Josie. Josie makes every guest feel as if they are the most important person at this hotel. She’s genuine, kind, always smiling and always represents the brand well. I highly suggest the corporate office take notice of this young lady and model the rest of your employees throughout the US after her best practices. Fan for life ….!!! Room's need some work. When I went to climb into bed, I found numerous hairs on the sheets. There were also hairs in the shower. They let me switch rooms. They also let me carry all my stuff I had unpacked into the new room by myself.

Horrible. They lack communication. I was lied to by 2 employees about the pool. Breakfast was lame. The eggs were watery. and the serving platters looked like they were someone's lunch. The bathroom shower to my room was not cleaned to my satisfaction.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I apologize for the bad communication but my employees thought the pool was open when they told you that it was. We would not have intentionally lied about the pool being open if they had known. As far as the cleanliness of the room, we could have moved you rooms or sent housekeeping to clean the shower if you would have let the front desk know. With breakfast, we use the plate that are available at the time of ordering as we continue to face supply chain issues along with the rest of the world. Thanks for your feedback.

The property overall is perfect for me - great amenities, cleanliness, large comfortable rooms, great breakfast, on and on. What keeps me coming back however is the staff. Every single individual here treats me like family and genuinely so . They all are professional very courteous and just plain fun. It's a great hotel and I've stayed in many others.

Super friendly hotel, large suite, perfect for my two night stop in Odessa on business. Checked in by delightful Brianna, entertained I er breakfast by Janice and quick easy check out by Josie + smiles all round. The cocktail bar next door is also fabulous - 4110 - highly recommended - delicious Pizza!!!

Unfortunately we do not. However, we are always willing to assist you in getting transportation back and forth. In this area, we have taxis as well as Uber. I hope this answer is helpful!
