The power was out when we first arrived because of the storm but the staff was accommodating, we were able to check in and get to our rooms which had minimum power. Full power is on and WOW!!!! these rooms are huge, stocked utensils and clean, clean, CLEAN!!!!!!!!!! I will definitely stay here again. WIFI worked great!!

I enjoyed my stay at this location. The room was clean and I had a full size refrigerator and cook range in the room. Breakfast is the standard average breakfast. The location is right off of I-20 offering easy access. The only issue I did have with my stay was a few cleaning crew personnel talking loud in the hall for a few minutes. That was not enough for me to rank this hotel any lower.

The Mainstay Suites are very clean and quiet. My husband and I stayed there after he had a 12 day hospital stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was very nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. The free breakfast is very good and we felt safe and comfortable there. The full size refrigerator and kitchen area made it very convenient for us to store our soft drinks. leftovers and snacks.

Ear wax on the wall next to the couch. Grease stains on the walls and counter tops. When having issues connecting to the internet, front desk does not know what to do. There is no number for IT or anything.
Regardless of not knowing how to troubleshoot anything or even knowing who to contact, the personnel was friendly. Bed was comfy. Water got hot. That’s about all the nice things.

I had a recent stay here and Brang some valuable items with me including my wedding ring two necklaces 2 bracelets and a pair of earrings this hotel has no safe so I put the items in a drawer unfortunately i had a situation where i had to rush out and leave early and I left behind all my expensive jewelry the next day when i noticed i called the hotel and they said nothing was found or returned. This experience was the worst I ever felt my wedding ring that means the most to me was tooken from me and never returned along other expensive items so please beware of the worker's and house keeping that work at this hotel

I travel often for business but wasn't familiar with the Mainstay brand. This is a new hotel with a friendly and attentive staff, modern design, large room with sitting area and comfy beds. Nice breakfast selection when needed but I mostly used the kitchen with full size refrigerator/dishwasher. Business center, Exercise room. Large L-shaped desk for work. All in all a great setup, especially for the 3 weeks I stayed. My new go to place in Odessa.

This has got be the best place I've ever stayed in the Odessa area. The place is new and up to date, very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable for being in the oil country. Breakfast is nice, a lot of healthy choices to choose from. Nice little work out center as well, I have no complaints about this place, very relaxed and quite atmosphere , this will be the only place I stay from now on when I'm in the area.

Best motel I've stayed in awhile!! Clean modern and staff is friendly! If you are in Odessa (slowdeatha) and need a place to stay that is by far better than others in area. The breakfast could be better waffles stronger coffee hot plates. But overall this is the place to stay when your in the area
