The moment you check in, sheer excellence toward service to you. Vintage style. Great font desk staff. I say, stay here, good sleep, good people. Great service. The manager was very helpful with getting to my room as soon as possible, and helping find good places to eat too. When staying in the area again, I will stay right there.

If you’re looking for basic overnight accommodations in the Panhandle, the Quality Inn of Plainview may be a good option. It’s conveniently located at the I-27 / US 70 interchange, the rooms are comfortable, and they charge a reasonable rate. Location: It’s on the southwest edge of Plainview at the I-27/US 70 interchange. It’s your basic setting for a small...

Room 133 "Quality" Inn, Plainview, TX, $130.+, November 5, 2016: If we hadn't been in a car for 10 hours and already unloaded the car, we would not have stayed. Have never experienced a Quality Inn and took the name literally. Mentioned the items below to the person at the desk, who mumbled something but did nothing, and, wrote TWO...

Had need for an unexpected overnight stay in the area recently. Chose these accommodations based on availability and price. The room was pretty much as expected- a little rundown but clean overall. This is not what I classify as a hotel, it is in fact a motel- the room doors are all outside and you can literally drive up to...

1. Seems more like a motel - all rooms open to outdoor sidewalks. 2. Bar on site drummed out loud hip hop and dj on the microphone til 2am. Lots and lots of noise on a Saturday night. 3. No hot water in shower. 4. Door to handicapped room faulty and requires a kick to open (handicapped room, remember?). 5....

Stayed here 1 night (7/28/16) and had a terrible experience, but the most disheartening part was that the desk clerk (the next morning) didn't care at all. She asked if everything was ok and as I told her the 3-4 things that weren't ok, all she had to say was "oh", and gave me my bill. Anyway, the room was...

This room was the typical motel room you find everywhere. I'm not sure is it is new or remodeled but was surprisingly very nice. Bed was very comfortable. I was passing thru but would stay here again if the opportunity ever came up again. Well worth the price. Did not eat the free breakfast. The girl that checked me in...

We were in the area for a couple of days visiting so we stayed here. Very convenient to the highway. The room was clean. They allow pets which is not what we like but after talking to Jeff, he said they are only put them in certain rooms so as not to offend all travelers. Continental breakfast...same as all others.

Very clean, comfortable, large room, large fridge, lovely man at check in, lovely lady at check out. Great Direct Tv. Didn't have breakfast but coffee in room. Quiet, will be back on next trip. Center of town near shopping as I needed a coat. Just what we wanted.

When traveling interstate highways, we prefer staying in smaller towns. In this case, Plainview was a good choice. This hotel is a well used building, not posh and upscale. That said, it is under a $100 a night. I want a good bed, quiet, clean, no musty hotel room smell, and things in good repair. This had it all. The...
