Very disappointed with the Manager & staff that we came in contact with. No one was friendly at all. Did NOT feel welcome. They advertise their amenities but keep everything all locked up. Then park the RVs so close together nobody really has any space of their own. Will Not go back to this park!!

All the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful as were the winter Texans. The RV spaces are very small but adequate. Because the spaces are close to each other, theStaff helps you to pull into your space. Well kept pool and hot tub. It was peaceful when we were there.

I did not park in this park, I was looking for a place to park my travel trailer for the summer. Decided trailers were too close! When the slides and awnings are out they are almost touching. I do not like to be so crowded. Park IS close to Port Aransas Ferry, so you can walk to fishing and to...

Other reviews comment on space size but we're in 40ft motor home with dolly & sm SUV & did fine. Very capable host helped us get settled. Amenities excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Fish cleaning building great. Plus good wifI. No complaints. Hope to return.

The staff was very nice and the park was nice and clean. The major problem is the size of the sites. We were told upon arrival by one of the hosts that "this is an old park so it is a little tight". That was an understatement. With a 27' trailer I still had to park my pickup outside of...

Get ready for rude park host mad that your coming in after the office closed. Insistant that you be there by 9:00 or you won't get checked in. They are so close parked you won't fit and if u do you are forced to park off the pad because their sites are too small. If your upset be ready to...

I have stayed at this park several times in the last three years, and I always have a very satisfactory experience. The staff are friendly, and they have accommodated my late arrival more than once; just be sure to call to let them know. The sites are more generously spaced than many places I have camped, and each has picnic...

We needed a weekend away from the city and decided this small beach town would do the trick. As an added adventure, we opted to stay in the retro Airstream already parked at the RV resort. For the park as a whole, it was quiet even though it was close to everything. Their common amenities like recreation room, pool, hot...

A clean and friendly rv park. Some spaces hard to get into with bigger campers or mh. Close to ferry, groceries, parks, shopping. Not too far to beach. Not much presence from management. Lots of campers with dogs
