It's highly doubtful that the Seaside is open yet. There was an article in the Austin, TX newspaper last weekend about the condition of Port Aransas at this point after the hurricane and it said that it would take at least a year, if not two, for the island to be capable of hosting visitors again. Any hotels currently open are currently housing residents of the island.
