My friends from our graduating Class met here to plan our 50th Reunion. We had planned to meet in Waco but accommodations were not available. We lucked into booking here and had the most delightful stay. Tony welcomed us at the desk and was funny and such a gracious host. So,

Do any of the accommodations have a whirlpool (or jetted) tub in the bathroom?
Not in the room but they have a large hot tub on the back deck overlooking the creek. Very romantic!

Do you have a room for three women?
My first suggestion would be Fowler Room. (King bed with a twin daybed). The room has an exceptional view of the creek & grounds, and is located on 2nd floor of the Manor.
