It was a Thanksgiving weekend visit with family for us and our son. Based on the price, pictures and some reviews, it seemed like a good nearby choice. When we arrived, we actually tried to check in at the wrong hotel - the Extended Stay Stafford is just a mile or so up the freeway. Based on our stay, that...

Just finished a two week stay here, the room had mold everywhere.. The a/c heating units had a disgusting amount of mold buildup in the vents.. Bathroom walls and ceilings were covered in mold. The room had a horrible stench 24/7 ; not to mention the 2 cockroaches I witnessed crawling down the hallway.. The wi-fi service does not work...

Good place to stay. It’s very much near to Houston, Stafford. If you don't have car then Walmart, Sam's club, Indian restaurant and small lake side restaurant is very much near. Staff is really helpful.

You have to experience the warm home greeting you get when coming home for the holidays and the feeling of genuine care from Monique Joseph. She has gone over and beyond to make my time here at Extended Stay America (sugar land, tx) a memorable cone. It's not very often that you meet a perfectly stranger that shows you that...

Rooms are out dated, appliances are in poor shape and a safety hazard. I had to be relocated to 2 different rooms do to ceiling leaking in the bathroom and bad smelling. House cleaning was done once a week and did not vacuum the flooring. There was mold on the walls in the bathrooms, the fixture for the bathroom sink...

I've stayed in many different types of hotels /motels over the years. This was by far the most disappointing and frankly disgusting of them all. It started with broken hangers and a broken iron. The "ergonomic" work space offrred would only suit an orangutan. Then I started finding the mystery stains. Too many to mention here. Suffice it to say...

This was even a corporate stay. Rooms were filthy. Would never use the cups, plates or utensils provided. Floors were disgusting and dirty. Showers had obviously not been cleaned in a while. Long, dark, black hair in shower, on floor. It was gross. Smelled like bleach, which admittedly was better than the cigarrette smoke from the rest of the hotel....

Hotel & rooms smell! Bed & bedding is cheap & uncomfortable! Overall feeling of just not clean! Would not stay again. Soda machines broke; no signs even after I reported the incident. Front desk seems to either be missing or always has a line!

Most every aspect of our room was dirty. There were dead bugs and dirt in the drawers and the carpet was filthy. Outside in the halls, trash was piled up and smelled bad. Pool was small and water was dirty also. Glad we only stayed for 3 days. Front desk staff was friendly and the place does have wi-fi.

Decent hotel to stay at for extended stay. I have been here for a few months now and the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. One person deserves to be called out by name as a shining star here at this hotel, Ekhlas is wonderful!
