We found the hotel on the internet, I called and spoke with the owner, she was very friendly telling me that if my husband and friends came Pete they will make arrangements for dinner and or leave groceries that they can BBQ out back.
My sister and I stopped by here on April 1 on our way to Caprock Canyons State Park. We interrupted the staff (10:30 am) and asked for two turkey club sandwiches with chips. They were very accommodating and took care of us.

Not sure about the pet policy but give them a call. They are very helpful. Be mindful that you can't lock the doors from the outside so you will need to take your dog with you. You can lock the door when you are in the room.
