Clean and quiet rooms, friendly, helpful staff. We will stay here again when we return to TYLER probably in April. The breakfast that is provided is fresh and offers a great variety of food that should satisfy everyone.
The hotel, although a bit older, is comfortable and quiet, and has a lot to offer for the price. I stayed in a family suite that has a separate bedroom, and three TVs in the room. The breakfast was tasty, and the employees were extra-helpful. The location is good, about…
The inside was very out dated and filthy, Looks like it's never cleaned!! Carpet has crumbs and filth, all decor and lamps have a inch of dust, Elevator squealed loudly and concerned me, Bathroom had hairs all in it, dresser drawers had hair and food crumbs inside, tv remote…
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a great location. If you are ever in Tyler, this is a great place to stay. The rooms are very comfy and cozy.
We enjoyed the hotel very much. They had a pigeon problem at the entrance but I am sure that will be addressed soon. The room was large and had a 46" LED TV and a recliner. My wife loved the room. The breakfast was good except the gravy was old and inedible. We enjoyed our stay.
"Third floor or smell the smoke!!"
"Our second floor room looked out on S. Broadway but there was no road noise."
"If you get the same check-in service I had, the clerk will be very helpful in directing you to a room to suit your preference."
"Third floor, back side of hotel is nice. Less traffic noise."
"I always prefer the top floor. I take the stairs up and down unless I have luggage...just a little extra fitness for good measure!"
