I would not recommend! They have roaches they don’t come and change your sheets! I saw all kinds of bugs inside, ac unit has mold around it. The elevator was broken the whole time I was there for about a week.

I would not recommend! Rooms need work! Bathroom has mold! Charges $50 nonrefundable pet deposit and $5 per day per pet even for emotional support animals. They also charge a $75 Internet deposit even though you are supposed to be able to get free Internet service for one devise and you can expect to wait several days to get any money they owe you back!

OK place for a quick stop on a long road trip. Front desk was never staffed while I was there but a phone call around 11 PM sent a clerk to the desk pretty quickly to get me checked in. Hotel in non-smoking but all of the staff I interacted with smelled strongly of cigarettes. My floor hallway had a strange odor.

I was recommended to stay at this hotel by a manger of another hotel in Waco. "Hey," he said, "Its a great place and it will save you some money." Lowest rates are about $60 a night for a week stay, prepaid. I prepaid a whole week based on this guy's sincere recommendation. What a mistake. My experience was awful. The entire floor smelled like marijuana, even though it was a non-smoking floor. Only one elevator, expect to wait. No bedside lamp with a single ceiling light bulb. Laundry machines did not work, and I heard one person complain that her laundry was stolen. No place to sit in the laundry room. Rooms have a kitchenette, but no glasses, no coffee maker, no pots, pans, or plates. Window shades did not work, so room was flooded by super bright lighted sign, making it hard to sleep. No black out shades. Shower rod was broken, so bathroom gets flooded when one takes a shower. Free Wi-Fi was actually $20. Very noisy clients, with whole families packed into small rooms with paper thin walls. There were chunks of the bathroom and bedroom drywall missing, and the outside of the refrigerator was horribly stained and dirty, No place to sit, except these unpaded metal institutional chairs, and no sofa. The hotel is apparently very popular, so parking can be an issue. The key cards had to be repeatedly re-programmed, like every other day, which was inconvenient, especially when the front desk is closed. The room reminded me of a Federal Prison, but with a microwave. On the bright side, if your employer gives you a per diem for a room and you want to save some serious money, and you don't mind the smell, dirt, noise and won't be using the laundry or kitchen, then this place is for you. Service was very good, and front desk staff were pleasant. It's not their fault the place is a dump. Otherwise, I think I'd rather sleep in my car.

I booked my room from March 20 to March 28, 2022 since I need to attend clinicals in Baylor University. I picked this hotel due to price and I am only needing a bed and shower for the night. Today, as I am writing this review, MARCH 27, 2022. They REMOVED MY ENTIRE BELONGING in my room without my consent and found all my clothes and food in the laundry room on trash bags. NEVER RECEIVED a CALL neither an EMAIL. Completely unacceptable. I am a frequent traveller and I have never gotten this issue ever before. This hotel needs to be shut down and it is just ridiculous that they have touched, packed my belongings and CHECK ME OUT without my KNOWLEDGE! I HAVE OBEYED their policies and rules so they do not have the rights to check me out my room like that.

My husband is a front line worker working in Waco. I called to get quotes on weekly rates for several hotels. Woodsprings gave me a quote that was reasonable, and I made a reservation. My husband checked in and told me the rate he was charged. It was $104 more than what I was quoted. I spoke with several of the front desk members and they remembered the quote but weren’t able to make the changes to the charges. I called back to see what they had figured out because I had not received a call back as I was promised I would. I got the manager the last time I called, and I explained the situation to him. He simply said that wasn’t their weekly rate. So I asked him if he would honor the quote I was given. He said no. He made me feel as if it wasn’t up for discussion, period. This place is not in the best part of Waco despite the clean appearance on the outside. The side and back doors are jammed with stuff in the locks to keep them from closing properly. Anyone can get in without a key. People are always hanging around in the parking lot and in the hallways, and they’re coming and going at all hours of the day and night. Doesn’t make me feel like it’s a very safe place for my husband to stay. They say “no smoking in public areas”, but everything smells like cigarettes. They advertise “Free WiFi” but when you try to log in it tells you there is a $20 weekly fee that will be added to your room fees. They also charge a weekly linen fee and they only have housekeeping clean the room bi-weekly on Monday’s. That doesn’t seem very sanitary to me given that the country is just now coming out of the pandemic. If you don’t pay the additional linen fee, you can’t get clean sheets or towels. My husband has put himself in harms way and this is how he is treated, no thank you!

My family drove to Waco to attend a waterpark nearby, we arrived at 4:30pm after being at the waterpark all morning. We booked two rooms online and when we went to the front desk we asked if there was two rooms near each other. The front desk woman (who looked like she was high off her *** twitching non stop, slurring, etc) told us no that after we checked in they were all booked up. Not a problem, she told us we would be on floors 1 and 2. She had to do the paperwork for each room separately... and was extremely slow. When she finished the paperwork for the room on the 2nd floor she handed us the key and started on what was supposed to be the 1st floor room. When she finished (around 30 mins later) she gave us the key to room 411.. ON THE 4TH FLOOR... Ok fine... We get into the room and it was disgusting, the floors were sticky food and drinks left in the fridge, a dirty smell in the room. But there are no other rooms so we just accept fate and are just wanting a shower and to get ready for dinner. So we use the restroom and the toilet wont fill back up with water of course. SO we call down to the front and she says she will be up in about an hour to look at it. We decide to go ahead and shower real quick. While i am in the shower the woman knocks and my sister lets her in and she can clearly hear the shower but decides to WALK INTO THE BATHROOM WHILE I AM SHOWERING TO LOOK AT THE TOILET. After that horrible scene we are just done with the day so we go eat and on our way back into the hotel there is this sickening smell of rotten fish all through the hallways and into the elevator. If i could give negative stars i would. I have never spent money on a hotel that i have absolutely hated before now. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Plain and simple they refused to honor my reservation. After driving 1,000 miles to attend a graduation ceremony, checked in early and was told room was not quite ready. Came back 2 hours later and was told that the guests that were staying in that room decided to stay longer and therefore they had no rooms available even though we reserved a room 5 weeks earlier. Completely stranded over a 1,000 miles from home. One of the worst customer service failures ever experienced by any type of business. There is just no excuse possible. Asked to speak to the manager and was told "oh he is gone and won't be back until tomorrow". Given no help to find another room or even consider honoring our reservation.

Called and made a reservation for 2 nights. Asked for Non smoking and received a smoking room that wasn't clean. No pillows, remote, and had to clean my own room. No comp offered. They didn't book me my 2nd night and had to repay for another room. Absolutely worst service ever. Asked for Late check out which was "granted", and was rushed out next morning. Cheap room. Will upload pictures of the dirty room. Terrible area of Waco. Wouldn't stay with kids!!!!
