We can provide two positive comments regarding this property. The locations is good. The staff is cordial and friendly. Unfortunately, that is where the positive comments end. We stayed here because all of the higher Trip Advisor rated properties were sold out. The room was the worst we can remember staying in. It is in serious need of remodeling. The...

While we can emphathize with your need for internet in the guest rooms, our Motto is "No Cell Phones, No Internet -- Unplug and enjoy the Nature that abounds." We make no apologies for not having internet. We feel that Bryce Canyon needs to be seen to experienced not viewed on Youtube in our rooms. We do appreciate your comments...

... we stayed here for one night in May 2014. The day was very windy and we had a room on 2° floor. All the night something on the roof made a noise very loud and we didn't sleep well. Otherwise the room was big and clean and the bathroom was huge. You can find coffee in the lobby and...

I wish I had read the trip advisor reviews before I booked a room at this dump. Somehow I got talked into reserving a room here when I called a booking agent for Bryce Canyon Lodge and found out that the lodge was full. The "resort" is nothing of the sort, but rather a shabby, falling apart place with stained...

Nice big rooms and cute outside- cabin style. They have a pool too but I didn't get a chance to check it out. I wished wifi was available in the rooms instead of just in the lobby. Furnishings were nice but they were getting on the old side and our toilet had some problems. Location was super ideal

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your visit to Bryce Canyon National Park and our inn. As you were able to experience first hand, Bryce Canyon is awe inspiring and truly spectacular, Like our motto says, No Cell Phones, No Internet, Unplug and enjoy Nature in person. After booking and reading the reviews, we were a little on edge. It was an older motel, clean, and that was it. The windows did Not lock which made me nervous in this day. We ended up staying one night, and that was okay. No way would I call this a resort, maybe in its day it was. Front desk...

This motel is extremely conveniently located if you want to be close to Bryce Canyon National Park. As other reviewers said, the rooms are big but also desperately in need of a makeover. It's a good place to crash for the night off-season, when it is still a bit to cold to set up a tent within the park. Just...

Believe we were the only clients as the lot was empty. Door hard to open and also close, leaving security concern. Shabby but large room. Limited hours for office. Really no other services. Wifi if in lobby or close. Loud blower heating fan.

Stayed here past August. Location is very good. Close to the Bryce Canyon National Park. Room was mediocre at best. Service was terrible. The staff was rude. I will look for other place to stay next time.

Comfortable stay close to Bryce Canyon, one/two level motor lodge, misnomer resort. Great location at the intersection of 12/63 Hywy, with convenient Subway sandwiches for packing in/out. Furnishings way too shabby, but clean enough spacious rooms a good value for our advanced payment with Expedia at a reduced rate. Pool closed in November, enclosed but very small. Resturant closed, too,...

Upon arrival, I waited in reception for a while until a grim faced receptionist arrived. Not a smile in sight, gave me my key and off I went to our room. The room was clean which was a bonus. I can't see how they call this place a resort. There are rooms, and swimming pool, RV park and a restaurant....
