We booked this hotel through expedia, just looking for a decently priced hotel in the area to sleep one night. The staff in the office was friendly and helpful at check in. Everything was fine until I opened the door to the room. There was a strong odor. Upon further investigation, I realized the potent odor was urine. The bathroom...

Hard bed, scratchy towels, broken drain in tub, WIDE crack between door and jamb. On a cold windy day you would not be able to heat the room. The office is only staffed from noon till 9pm! If you have a problem you have to call a phone # at another facility. I will say they responded quickly to fix...

The rooms in Bryce View Lodge are nothing special. A little dated, small and simple, but clean and great for one night. The location is superb. Behind the hotel is a short trail to the rim of Bryce Canyon. We walked it after check-in and it was beautiful! We saw up to 10 deer in this short 10 min walk....

Location: Bryce View Lodge (which doesn't really have a view of Bryce) is right in downtown Bryce! Well, as much downtown as Bryce has. All this means is it's a 3-min walk to the shuttle stop at Ruby's, or a 3-min drive into the park. 5–15-min drive to some decent food at Foster's or in Tropic, or 3-min walk to...

We didn't expect this to be a great hotel but neither did we expect it to be bad. Loud squeaky floors especially in the bathroom area, rotting floors, mildewy smell in the bathroom, small fridge that constantly made noise, and beds have us painful morning. There was also general wear and tear, it just needs to be updated and repaired....

Room was clean and quite. Conenient to Bryce Canyon .. 10 minute drive to entrance. Not many places to eat in Bryce City that is average price. Grocery store is more like a convenient store and double the price 10$ for loaf of white bread. However, if your on vacation I guess should figure that in. Not much to really...

The room was adequate for our needs. It is a very tired lodge; fine if you're not too picky about your accommodations. One plus is that the whole place is nonsmoking. Another is a microwave and fridge in the room. For $78 for the night, what can you expect?

We stayed in Bryce View Lodge in early October 2016 as a part of a trip to visit Utah's national parks. We are people who are fine with any place that is clean and offers a reasonable level of comfort, and this ticked both of those boxes. It was clean, and although the beds were pretty firm (we both tossed...

Room was clean. Nice to park right outside. Electrical dated, no switch on light between beds, only the wall switch worked that light and outlet. When I shut the light out my cousins cpap machine quit and woke her up. To keep it working we had to unscrew the light bulbs and keep the light switch in the on position....

This was our 2nd time staying at the Bryce View Lodge. Check-in was easy and the front-desk ladies were very friendly! The room was basic but clean. It's a big property but dinner and breakfast options are within walking distance. For us, the biggest advantage of this motel is it's proximity to the park. The park entrance is literally 5-10...
