The scenery was beautiful and serene. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was very comfortable and the food was excellent. Hiking staff knew their stuff and it was a great way to start the morning. I also enjoyed the meditation class, Ian was very helpful with starting a new plan.

We visited Red Mountain for the first time during Thanksgiving week. The grounds are well maintained and the surrounding scenery is breath taking. Canyon Breeze serves a great array of food - all delicious and healthy. The spa offers a wide variety of services and products. There is an activity for everyone - all levels of fitness including rugged endurance...

This was my second time at the resort and I would definitely return. It is a true getaway - I refer to the place as an adventure wellness spa. I stayed in one of the Dragonfly solo rooms that had a queen size bed, nice bathroom and the view included a hammock and small waterfall. You have a choice of...

The staff was wonderful. All seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort & wellbeing. I highly recommended this retreat to anyone needing to get away. I was there for 8 days and never heard a cell phone ring. Bliss!

Very relaxing, inspiring environment. The exercise and stretch classes were challenging with knowledgable instructors . It was very easy to meet people, especially with optional group hikes. I enjoyed the Sagestone Spa. Mani-pedi and hair salon were great. the best part was the way all staff, and I do mean All, were so kind and made each guest feel so...

“I would definitely recommend getting a villa or a suite. I had a villa and it was a nice sized room. I did see the regular rooms, and they are nice but very very small. Make sure to get a top floor room, as you can hear people in the room above you if they are not quiet. I started out in a bottom floor villa but had to move to a top floor due to the noise.”
