We got away for our anniversary. The pool and spa were wonderful. The service was extraordinary. Feels like you’re in a little Swiss village. Everything was very clean and sanitary. I think the bed was a little stiff for me but my husband slept deeply. I think our particular room could use a new tv so we can skip commercials. Overall a wonderful experience! They even upgraded us to a mountain view. Beautiful!

Love this place so much. Been here several times. Love it! The rooms were extra clean, the TV channels and the TV system sucked but everything else at the resort was really good, except for the extremely long walk to the pool because the accessibility wasn’t available because they didn’t shovel the snow. Loved it tho.

Our family stayed here for a Nordic Skiing competition nearby. When you walk into the lobby it feels (and looks) like a pretty fancy place. We however stayed in a different building, which was not nearly as nice. The room was comfortable (enough) although there was so much extra furniture crammed into that tiny room I felt it was unnecessary. One of the lamps in our room did not work, so more difficult for bedside reading. Overall it just felt more like a budget motel at a steeper cost.

Shower had poor pressure and the many of the things seemed dated. Difficult to get refills for coffee and amenities. Front desk seemed as it was a job when I checked in...wasn't welcoming. Overall, the hotel is pleasant but quite dated and it would be more pleasant if the staff was more enthusiastic.

We enjoyed our short visit to the hotel. It is a short distance(just across) the crater(hot springs). The hotel rooms are well maintained and the receiving area smelled nice and clean.The front desk staff are friendly and well mannered. It will be better if they offer complimentary breakfast.

They’re different unpleasant smells for every hallways, elevator and stairwell. Nothing felt quite clean to the touch. I felt the need to shower and scrub myself clean after leaving from our two night stay, even after showing at the hotel everyday

Stayed here with my son for three days on a ski trip to park city. The resort is about 20 min from Park City resort which for some people is a good thing. Park City can be very busy at times so if you don't mind the drive it is worth it. The resort also has a shuttle service that runs to both Park City and Deer Valley but only once a day. The rooms are always very clean and I can't say enough about the staff. We ate at the resort our first night which mostly served pizza but they do also have a steak house at the resort which we did not try. Main street in Midway has three or four very good restaurants as well. i would highly recommend this resort and will return. We stayed here in January.

The Zermatt was wonderful!! The room was cozy and the décor was perfect. Very fitting for this hotel. The pool looked amazing but we were only planning on doing winter activities and didn't pack swimming suits. :( The front desk was very helpful in the check-in process and gave us places to see and eat while in the area. We will be coming back to his hotel!!
