If you want to see spectacular sunrises and sunsets from your balcony, this is the place to stay. The View rooms are basic but clean, there is just the one restaurant nearby (try the Navajo taco), and the staff are very friendly and helpful. But the name says it all, this place is about the view... Every room has one....

We stopped here on our way to Plettenberg Bay, for lunch. The views are amazing, however the service in the restaurant is almost non existent. Ask three waiters for a menu, waited about 30 minutes for so someone to take our order. When I approached a manager that walked passed, she said "yes they know that they need to work...

We were so lucky our friend suggested us to book at the cabin for more privacy and stunning view and it didnt disappoint us at all. The cabin just overlooking the stunning Monument Valley with a private porch. It has one queen bed, one bunk bed, a large sofa, a private bathroom and a small kitchen area. It is comfortable...

My son and I stayed at The View Hotel Cabins for two nights during a recent trip to the USA. The cabins are about 500 metres from the main hotel. Each cabin is self-contained and has a view of the valley. Ironically, the cheaper cabins have the best views. These are located on the valley rim and were the first...

This hotel lives up to its name. We arrived night time after a 3hr drive from Grand Canyon. And the following morning, omg! The view from your room itself is Magnificent....the room is clean and well furnished. They even provide Starbucks keurig cups free!! Well their dinner choices wasn't not that good, and a bit pricey too. Breakfast included with...

This hotel is fantastic, the staff are amazing, the rooms have the most breath taking views and are large and comfortable. Sadly we only stayed one night as part of a road trip, but we really recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Monument Valley. The ethos of the hotel is lovely, employing local people and respecting the landscape...

This is a wonderful hotel with fantastic views over monument valley. I would recommend everyone stays here. All rooms have a view even the cheaper ones. We always go for the second floor and find it has an excellent view. If you go to the third floor there is no roof over the balcony so you have a clear view...

The lobby and gift shop are very good. Lots of Native American item in the gift shop. Free Breakfast in the Restaurant for...

I don't recommend visiting Monument Valley without staying this hotel. I stayed with other 3 friends and shared a bed with one of them for saving money, but had no stress. Above all, the VIEW from terrace was amazing. It was December, the moon rising, cloudy, a little bit snowy, clear and tremendous stars, sunrise...The sky showed us many faces...

The name of the hotel says it all. All of the rooms have the same view and a balcony so that you can take it all in as the sun sets. Its the only hotel in the Valley so booking well in advance is advised.
