Clean rooms, comfortable beds, very polite staff. Nice amenities, recently updated, nice towels. The bathroom was very small and you had to shut the door to be able to access the sink the way it swung, which was a bit odd, still it worked great, new hair dryer and amenities. The indoor pool looked very nice and clean although we...

Room was clean and quite if your staying more than one day, note that housekeeping did not get to our room till after 4. Calling the front desk did not help anything along. Make sure you drop off you luggage at the front before you park. Otherwise,it won't be easy. You can only enter the hotel through the front door....

Thank you for taking the time to share about your experience. I am glad that you found the room to be clean and quiet. Although our parking is not ideal it is worth it to be in the incredible area that we are in. We do welcome our guests to unload first and find parking if they would like after.

Very clean, staff is very nice, good breakfast although the buffet is a little pricey for what you get - a la' cart menu items would be better. Locations is right in the heart of a redevelopment area of town with lots of restaurants, a movie theater, and a game center. Within walking distance of historic 25th street and the...

Thank you for all the wonderful comments that you gave to the hotel and staff. We are proud of this great hotel and look to deliver service that compliments it. We do offer a la' cart options at breakfast for those that are looking for something light. The pricing for the full cooked to order breakfast is tough to beat...

Good hotel in line with Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express and Embassy Suites. Nice location. Good breakfast and evening meal and drink opportunities. Nearby restaurants are a variety, but some only fair in service and quality. In hotel restaurant appears to be consistent with drinks and food service. Have stayed many times over the years since this new property...

Check-in would have been easier had we not parked in the garage first and then went down to get all of our belongings. Close to everything! Restaurants, movies, fun! Only stayed for one night. Hoped for a larger room but they were full.

Your basic Hilton Garden Inn - bar was small & closed way too early but 25th Street is 2 blocks away. Reasonable amenities, good rates and excellent location. Not fancy but the people there were excellent (Jessica & Juan in the restaurant were particularly delightful! But everyone was beyond nice.)

The lobby is really nice and much larger than other HGIs. To the right of the lobby and restaurant is a large meeting space which I was very happy to see. My room was clean and modern. There were dozens of local restaurants, shops and a movie theatre just steps away. I will definitely stay here on my next trip...

Parking elevator was disgustingly dirty. Cooling system was slow to adjust temperature. Front desk and housekeeping did not coordinate together. Other than this - the location is great with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby.
