Place is filthy. Rundown. Unadorned. Old dirty rugs. Poorly run. . No sundries. Not enough towels. Not even bags for the ice bucket. Bad beds. Please check out your room first. It is worth maybe 30 bux a night. Avoid this place.

Stayed 2 nights at Marianne Motel. Not recommended. Exposed wires, no garbage can or soap in room. Paper thin walls was discovered in morning when neighbor turned on T.V. Worst issue was plumbing would apparently "backwash" every 5 minutes resulting in what sounded like a baby elephant trumpeting in the wall between rooms. Ridiculous. Room located next to main state...

This motel had plenty of space and memory foam pillows and mattresses! Just remodeled summer of 2016 it was fresh and very clean with a cabin motif. There were porch swings along the walks in front of the rooms. We had a premium cabin which was still only $75 plus tax. They have direct TV. The WiFi was not very...

This really did seem like the only place with a vacancy in the entire town. The town was like a twilight zone episode in late December, about half of the hotels totally shut down and the other half had the open signs lit up but no one staying in their rooms and wouldn't rent them out to anyone. The desk...

Keep AWAY! There are better places to stay or camp out. Was too late for us go some where else. Hair was every where, bathroom, toilet, and bedding. Stains all over the blankets. One of bathrooms had a urine puddle in it. DO NOT STOP HERE! No shampoo either.

If you're accustomed to tent camping this might be a step up. This place is dimly lit and not at all appealing on the inside. You FELT like it wasn't clean - even though the bathroom looked clean. It is apparent that the owners are trying to improve the place - by the attempts to upgrade the exterior, and all...

Stayed in late September, 2016. I highly recommend NOT staying here. 1. BED BUGS. Cannot express this point enough. The first night we woke up in the middle of the night itchy, and luckily I had packed tiger balm. In the morning I saw one of those semi-engorged suckers crawling slowly on the bed. I caught it and showed it...

We were given room number 2, right next to the highway. The king bed filled the room, one night stand, bureau with two drawers, table and 2 chairs. No fridge or microwave. Small coffee pot makes 3 cups but the coffee in the bag is for 1 cup. 2 bars of soap but you can ask at office for anything...

I'd made reservations here because every place between Bryce Canyon and Panguitch was already booked up. This location appears to be very new, at least our unit is (room 38). There are a number of rooms in various bldgs. The room was clean, but it was odd. You have to ask for shampoo at the front desk. There is dry...

Rated 2.5 stars. Worst room we have stayed in. Heavy stink of smoke in non smoking room, old and unkempt. A smashed bug on the wall, old dusty blinds, etc. Suggest booking far enough ahead for better place.
