The actual hotel was just fine. It was clean, conveniently located in town, breakfast was provided, everything in the room worked, the wifi was good, the staff was pleasant while we were at the hotel, the phone worked, the locks were secure, the room was comfortable, the bathroom was free of any plumbing issues and free of mildew or mold,...

This is a standard motel experience. It's the only game in town and the price is right. If you are visiting the canyon, this is a good option. Beds, room and breakfast were fine. The only real negative was that our bathroom smelled mildew-y.

Customer service was excellent, friendly, helpful staff! Negative was the curtains had holes in them, allowing morning light to pass through. We arrived late and left late.

Stay here if you want to visit Bryce Canyon. It is less than a half hour drive to the canyon, has great amenities for the price, including a waffle maker (always a plus in our book)!

Our room had no table or closet, while other rooms we viewed, later, did. Electrical sockets were loose. Tried to plug cell phone chargers in and the plugs would fall right back out. All upper duplex plugs were like that. Had to unplug lamps, etc. from lower part of duplex plug to charge cell phones. Beds were very comfortable and...

The hotel seemed the best of the collection that dotted the roads of Panguitch, Utah. We used it as a jumping off point for our trip to nearby Bryce Canyon. It is nothing fancy, an older hotel, that prided itself as being newly acquired by the Days Inn Chain. They’ve made a few efforts to dress it up. The amenities...

For a suite it was very large and the king bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the carpet is horrible buckling and disgustingly dirty and stained. Wore socks at all times. Old coffee in coffee maker, wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls. Wouldn't sit on apolstered furniture as it is filthy. Plumbing makes rattling noises. No responses from management when we complained. Total...
