We booked a one-night stay in this motel based on Trip Advisor reviews. While the staff was helpful and friendly, the room was disgusting. It was not clean. Carpet was worn. Blinds sagged and were dusty. The bathroom floor was dirty, with lots of build up in the corners. The heater was old, and the pilot light needed to be...

It was fairly late when we drove through Panguitch. Nothing was open. Having driven since Colorado on our way to Zion, we had to pull over somewhere and sleep...unfortunately this was the only place open. I'll just get to it...Paint in the room and bathroom was peeling and in the corners, some fungus; nothing bad but noticeable. The bathroom shower...

We arrived and immediately got told we were at the wrong hotel. I pulled out my confirmation proving that we were not. The gentleman went in the backroom and, after much cursing, yelling, and "get them out of my hotel" we were told they were full and couldn't let us stay there. We felt genuinely concerned and left even though...

We booked this because when we searched online for a place to stay near Bryce National Park, it was literally the only place that came up with a three night in a row vacancy -- and because it showed an OK Trip Advisor rating, and a good rating on booking.com - those ratings may be relative to the other places...

First, let me qualify this review. For this trip, I needed a CLEAN, SAFE room, with HEAT for 4 women. I booked this hotel for one night, based on reviews here & on a booking site. The reviews and the photos looked like what I was looking for. Unfortunately, this is not what we found when we arrived. The hotel...

A week before my intended stay, I called the motel and made reservation. Melissa was very nice (mentioned her birthday was the day I would be checking out), and the price was half that which Priceline would have charged. Such a deal... I thought. She gave me a reservation number. After driving 8 hours, I arrived at the motel at...

Our group consisted of four guys from Alberta. We have traveled through the western U.S. States every year for the past 10 and have had the opportunity to stay in some unique places. Our main interests in selecting lodging is that it be clean, close to amenities, read food, and that we can park and unload into our rooms without...

This place is definitely a throw back to an earlier time, but was perfect for our stay, rooms are small and clean, the staff very friendly. Yon can't beat the price. You actually get a real key for your room. It is about 30 min drive to Bryce Canyon. Perfec base for trips to a number of national parks and...

It is old, which means some things are worn out. So what. A nice change from atypical chain motel. We liked it just fine and you can not beat the price. Glad to have found it. Very friendly staff person who was helpful on suggesting places in town to visit.

We stayed in the family unit which is actually an old house. The beds were clean and comfortable. Overall, it was very rundown. With a little TLC this place could be charming. Friendly management...actually knocked $10 off our room because it wasn't quite ready at check-in time. The unit was fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer....
