I can’t say enough about this hotel. This was our second stay and it again did not disappoint. It is not only that the hotel is beautiful but it is the hotel staff that made the wonderful experience. We were always greeted with a smile (I think because everyone had a mask on) and a welcome back. Two of the staff that stood out are Dave (shuttle driver) and RJ (bellman). Dave dropped us off and picked us up every day and was always very helpful and pleasant, he always greeted us and loaded and unloaded our skis for us. On one day with very cold temps we cut our ski day short and made a special trip to pick us up. RJ was equally as nice, always cheerful and ensured our gear was ready to go. He recognized us by sight so every morning our boots were ready and fresh off the warmer and upon returning he had our shoes and even a couple bottles of water. These are just two of the team members that made us feel special. I want to thank the entire staff. One minor thing that I did not like was at one breakfast a couple brought two dogs into the restaurant, if they were service dogs that would be ok but they poodles sat right up in the booth with them vice staying on the floor. This is a very friendly and comfortable hostel. There is a very pleasant common area. The rooms have thick doors so you cannot hear conversation from the common area. There is a nice kitchen, too. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. All in all a great place to stay.

Super fun and comfy. I will always stay here to meet friends and snowboard Park City. Affordable and comfortable. The kitchen area is stocked with pretty much any utensils you need and the common area is prefect for getting work done or hanging out.

Great place to stay in Park City! Hostel is well run, *clean*, and has a great bunch of folks staying there. Single room was awesome, and for just a couple of nights very competitive. (PC is NOT cheap!)

I stayed at the Park City Hostel in February 2021 and the stay couldn't have been better. Great people, very reasonable pricing and a full kitchen where everyone cooks together and exchanges stories of the day. It's not luxury, it's definitely a hostel, but I'll be staying again and again. Great way to keep the costs down while skiing or summer vacation in the mountains.

I rented an entire 6 bedroom dorm, for my husband and I (because this room had a window and was only a little bit more than the other dorm without a window). Because of COVID, the rooms are private, which we loved. We decided after booking to invite our friends to come along since we had extra beds. We had two additional people come with us. When we checked in on Jan 23rd, they said they had it marked down for 3 people, but not a problem for the fourth, they just needed to get an extra set of sheets and towels. It was later explained that our reservation showed 3 and not 2 because they need to block off 3 beds to close a room to other reservations. So, the next day, on the 24th, we all went snowboarding and had a great time, and then arrived, exhausted, at our room. As soon as we stepped into our room, we stood at the doorway to take off our boots to not track water/ dirt in, and then a man from the receptionist desk pushed the door open and said, quite loudly, "There are 5 people in here." We were so confused. We said, "No, there are 4 people here." And he said, "Well you need to pay extra for the additional people. $100." We were thrown off guard by his burst in, and were also still confused. He explained that the room is sold by bed, not per room (like I thought), and we still owed them money. I asked why didn't they tell this to us at the check in? He said they just didn't catch it but "lucky he was paying attention." Before I went to pay I checked their site and it does say that, I didn't read the conditions thoroughly enough. So just make sure you are reading very carefully or you may end up paying way more than you expected. While it was very annoying to have someone burst in on us demanding more money, I understand that it was what was owed. What we had an issue with the way it was brought up- unprofessional- it felt very accusatory, like we had to defend ourselves. After we paid he tried to make small talk and ask about the snow conditions, which I felt was an attempt to kind of backtrack on the way he initially approached us, but I was too upset to be in the mood to be cheery and chatty. It completely killed the mood for the rest of the night. Now about the hostel- bathrooms were kept clean, hardly any choices for breakfast (kitchen not really available to use because of COVID) so we ate out for breakfast, was pretty quiet at night, beds not too comfortable, about 5 mins drive from the lifts, there were a lot of people in the common area not wearing masks that were not eating / drinking. Would not stay again just based on our experience.…

I was surprised by the fact the building is non de script for such a comfortable place to set up operations for the long weekend. A welcoming facility that is controlled access for personal and facility security concerns. The private rooms and dormitories are also controlled access which is a plus. The gear room for snow equipment on the second floor will get busy with the ski and board - be patient and understanding. Showers are great with pressure and temperature however, I failed to notify staff of a concern for the ada bench requiring attachment point on one side before I departed. The facility is located near several culinary options for an easy flat ground walk. The bus services are great for ground transportation into the downtown and the mountain base at Park City Resort. An equipment repair and tune shop is also within a quick walk with some sightseeing along the way. Taxi service is bad, as it was non existent during my visit. Uber and Lyft are terrible operators but, that is the only game in town for longer destinations that the bus does not service. Boo. A good comfortable space to enjoy the ski resort. Party On! …

What a nice, modern, convenient, affordable place to stay in Park City. The local free bus picks up just one short block away. No need for a car. Many good local restaurants are within a half mile, easy walking distance. There are two grocery stores 3/4 of a mile away, but you can still easily walk there too. Main street and the Park City ski area base are about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 mile away. The Canyons Village ski base area is a bus ride away, and is the only thing a bit far away. That requires 2 different buses. I am definitely staying here again!

Affordable, clean, friendly and filled with amenities like free coffee, daily towel service, refrigerator, food storage area, lockers for extra storage. Equipment storage room for your 🎿 skis and snowboards.... You can't beat PC Hostel on price this close to the ski resorts. Fun environment and free bus service to the ski resorts just feet away !

Location is superb easy to get the free buses to Park City and Deer Valley. Friendly staff, extremely clean and safe! Would stay here a million times. It is also close to Fuego restaurant which is also incredible and the Sheraton which has good restaurants as well.
