Our stay was fantastic. We have never been to Utah. We were so pleased at the ease of finding the resort & he helpfulness of the staff. Our unit was very comfortable, & very clean.. Staff is wonderful. Very helpful. The fridge was making a loud noise. We told the staff & it was fixed fast. We would stay here again & would recommend this resort highly.

The resort is a little tired but great staff and very convenient to the slopes and town - easy shuttle service. The master bedroom was very comfortable - the bunk beds are OK for kids. Our unit was on the small side but we made it work.

Very comfortable bed! Pool and hot tub conveniently located. No issues with parking. Perfect little kitchen for a week's getaway. My family enjoyed just getting away & being surrounded by beauty/the mountains!

This was our first time at Park city. We were there for a four-day ski trip. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, especially given that our arrival and departure were outside of our reservation hours. The shuttle was such a great benefit, super friendly, informative, and accommodating drivers. The resort is less than a mile from Park city and canyons, close to downtown and all the main attractions. The shuttle is literally available to you anytime. The hotel room was very clean and lovely, loved the heated pool and hot tub after long days of skiing. Would absolutely recommend this hotel, and will come again.

The location is fabulous and so close to Park City, Canyon and Deer Valley Ski Resorts. The shuttle arrangement and service staff were fabulous, friendly and timely. The hot tub not working, the resort rooms not updated and common parking areas were very dirty.

My recent stay at the Park Regency was a terrific experience. The staff was very accommodating , friendly and informative. The room was very comfortable and well equiped. The location was quite convenient to local restaurants to walk to and the shuttle service made the main street and the ski mountain easy to reach.

There are many things that can be overlooked because of location in a prime ski town however dirty socks behind the couch and dirt and swizzle stick under the bed. The unit was the size of a shoebox, more furniture than space makes it hard to relax.

I stayed at the Park Regency with friends for a 9-day ski trip and had a great experience. It's about a mile from downtown Park City and from Park City Mountain Village, with free shuttle service to and from the mountain / town / anywhere nearby you want to go. The facility was in a great location - a dozen restaurants within quick walking distance, shops, a brewery, a natural food store, and ski rental places. The pool and the hot tub are clean and large. The room was in good shape - bedroom with a king bed, bathroom, small family room with pull-out couch / kitchenette / desk, and a patio looking out over Park City Mountain. Fits ~3 people if 2 on the king size bed, 1 on the pull-out (which wasn't particularly comfortable, but they offered a rollaway bed.) Nice and helpful staff as well - great value for the $. Decent resort, laundry room on our floor was closed for maintenance the entire week so the building had only 2 washers/dryers to use. Elevator only accessible when the lobby is open. Shuttle service was a nice perk but disorganized.

We own at this resort and have since 1998. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are amazing and the staff go above and beyond. Having an on call shuttle service makes it so easy to go skiing, out to dinner or just get some groceries
