Great location and stay. Only negative for me was lack of pool service which we made up for by bringing our own. Rooms are great. Viking appliances. Nespresso coffee. Spa was very nice per wife. Several members had nice massages. Hot tub was hot unlike other reviews reported.

Rooms are pricey here, and my room was very small. It did not have a desk, so it wasn't ideal for business but most guests here come for the skiing. The furnishings are very nice, and the bathroom is well-appointed with modern amenities. It was also nice to have a fireplace. Unfortunately, I encountered a gigantic black moth after the...

The service at the Waldorf was impeccable. We arranged transport through the hotel which was easy. We were upgraded as diamond members to a junior suite which was welcomed with our two kids traveling with us. Only complaint was the room temperature was very warm and the thermostat adjustments didn't help. We simply opened the widows periodically. Overall a great...

Went spent a night here, after staying on the other side of the valley for most of the week. Wife wanted to try something more luxurious, to see if we wanted to mix things up next year. If we do, I can assure you we will never visit this disaster again. Many of the issues we had, echo those of...

Cozy room with fireplace allowed me to get on the chairlift of the Canyons Resort at Park City in under 500 steps from my bed. That was very cool. The pool/hot tub was beautiful and really great at night.

The hotel is only getting a 2 out of 5 for the fact that the accommodations are quite nice (4.5 out of 5). But the staff, management and customer service are outright terrible and the worst I've experience at any hotel in quite some time (including less service-oriented 3-star hotels). Our experience with customer service and the staff was quite...

THIS is the place to stay if its at all possible. Location, service, ambience, Pool, attention to the "details", a bar that will stun you with a super fun relaxed feel and oh, did I say service?!!! This is a wonderful spot to spend some time chilling and enjoying some down or up time.

Very expensive, offering: - Limited breakfast - Poorly trained staff (every body is "temp"??) - Spa and relaxing facilities (People of Hilton: go to any 3 stars in Europe and see the difference) - No attention to details

The hotel property was gorgeous! Fire pits everywhere are such a nice touch and s'mores at night were a big hit with the kids. The main lobby was beautiful and inviting to hang out by the fireplace. The concierge was super helpful! The Frostwood Gondola being steps away for immediate skiing was awesome!
