The hotel is good with its location and shuttle service to the ski resorts. The room is also spacious. Two things that make it not so appealing for us: 1. A room with the Pool view (facing inside) was offered to us. This specific detail is not shown when we booked the room in the first place. The hotel should have clearly stated the fact, provide different rates, and let customers choose what kind of view they would like to have based on pricing. 2. My credit card has a hold (pending charge) of more than $1k after the first day of check-in while our room was paid with Marriott points and we did not ask for any additional service that would cost so much. I understood the charges are pending and will go away in a few days after check-out. However, such a big amount of pending charges is very inconvenient as it's unnecessary and took some available credit away from my credit card.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time and energy out of your busy day to tell us and other travelers about your experience. We are glad to hear you enjoyed our location, comfortable rooms, and some of the amenities we have to offer. Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and we sincerely apologize for falling short of exceeding your expectations in some areas. We do clearly state our different room types with different rates. If a certain room type has been fully booked it will not show availability for a reservation, this may have been the case in your experience. We are sorry for the challenges and inconvenience you experienced with your credit card pending charges. We can certainly understand your frustrations. We have shared your feedback with the appropriate hotel team members to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place for a better guest experience in the future. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.

Came into town for GF's birthday. Despite the chaos of Presidents Day Weekend, NBA All Star Game and an onsite conference, the staff was generally solid and the room + amenities were too. Shuttle drivers were hands down amazing. The only glitch in the matrix came about when there was a miscommunication with housekeeping about why we were declining service; it was because we were checking out! Somehow the message got garbled and the front desk assumed we were extending our stay...without ever checking in with them? At any rate, we got a pretty rude and accusatory phone call. Very odd and was not the parting note we wanted to be left with. Again, the staff was generally great. However, an apology for the misunderstanding could have gone a long way for us as a couple that is weighing where we want to stay next ski season.

My husband and I recently stayed for a podiatry conference. The front staff could not have been nicer. I specifically asked for their names before we left because I wanted to give a positive review about how they went above and beyond. First, Alelie at the front desk was so kind when we arrived. She accommodated my request for a quiet room on an upper floor. She was so nice and helpful! Next, Jordon, the ski concierge was also charming! He must be European because he was just so polite (and he seemed surprised we were nice! haha maybe not a great sign of Americans as a whole.) When I needed directions, the folks at the front were helpful. One employee walked out in front of the hotel and pointed me in the right direction to walk into town. The (free) shuttle drivers were amazing. So nice at pointing out the sights which was fun. It was our first time in PC so we appreciated their inside scoop and patience with the World Cup traffic one night which has pretty bad. The shuttles are a great touch to get to Deer Valley and the wait was never too long. Last but not least, Teeny! We called for an Uber on Sunday morning to get to the airport and the Uber never showed. Teeny to the rescue. She called the most wonderful driver -- Abdi with Mukawi Transport -- who got us to the airport just in the nick of time. So thanks to the wonderful staff for making our first trip to Park City so pleasurable. Hope to see you all next time! Unless we win the Lotto and can afford the St. Regis :)

This hotel needs a lot more credit than it truly currently gets. I was there with three of my children for winter vacation and the idea was to have something that's not over the top and family friendly. We took two queen beds in a single room, and I have to admit that this was spacious enough for myself, and my three children. It was a regular room and NOT upgraded but still had enough room to move about. The common area in the hotel is great as the pool and hot tub as well as a sauna are indoor, but is within an area that has a very outdoor feel because of the glass roof that is five stories high. It really gives the outdoor vibe with an indoor climate. There are even lounge chairs set up to sit around the pool in. The lobby is extremely cozy and welcoming which makes it a pleasure to just hang out there. There is a lounge that has a great coffee and hot chocolate dispenser, which the kids absolutely loved. Even though this hotel is not a ski in/ski out hotel, the shuttle service runs very efficiently between the hotel, Park City and Deer Valley. There is even a game room in the hotel that is very entertaining for the kids. In short, I have already booked another stay here for February as one of many more. If anything changes, I will surely update here

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Teeny we felt like family. She was a real key to our success by carefully going over the features of the hotel and giving us advice. She was there with a smile every day. Devin (hope I have the right name) loaded up the luggage cart and swiftly brought it to our room and each day helped us with our skis. The shuttle drivers were courteous and also had nice suggestions. The Happy Hour snacks were a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned. The decor had clearly been updated recently and was very sleek but warm, perfect for a ski area. This stay was much more than we had hoped for.

Titanium member, checked in with Teeny and given an amazing welcome. Parking is difficult but snow didn't help. Attended Apres Ski and ordered from restaurant area with very helpful and friendly server. Room size is perfect for a family of four and shuttle service to main street was fantastic. Apres Ski servers were also very nice. I would come back here despite the following: We noticed something on the floor and realized it appeared to be pet food. I saw two bits and thought it was just overlooked. upon further inspection, the floor was covered in it. We came back to the hotel at night and wanted to get a late dinner to take back to room. Without a greeting the bartender said we are closed. I said, oh you're closed already? She responded we are in two minutes. So i asked if the kitchen was open and she looked at her clock and looked at me saying we go home in two minutes. I quickly ordered and waited for my food. Not another word was spoken by this bartender. I know Utah is particular about bar service but I've have stayed at plenty of other locations in the state and never have felt so unwelcome. I hope these two issues are addressed as we really did like the hotel.

The location of this hotel is pretty good. Off the Main Street to Park City but close enough to get everywhere within a few minutes. Upgraded to the club lounge access that included buffet breakfast. Also, had afternoon complimentary snacks. The shuttle service was convenient to Main st and the Park City mountain resort. Also offered ski equipment storage that was complimentary.

We stayed here for a week during the Christmas for our first ski trip to park city. The kids enjoyed very much the apres ski activist provided by the hotel. The staff is very considerate and assigned us a room near the indoor pool so the kids can access the pool from the room directly.

From arrival to departure our experience was extremely disappointing! The front desk agent who checked us in, Alondra along with her manager Christine were rude and very unpleasant. There was no explanation of property amenities such as bars, restaurant, pool, hot tub, sauna etc…there was no welcome, good evening, how are you etc…the check-in process was less than a minute long and it felt like we were in their way. There was no customer service whatsoever. After the check-in, we headed to the room, which was located in the underground level, no view, no balcony as shown on the pictures of their website. When I went back to the front desk to express my disappointment of the room type, I was told by Alondra:”I am sorry! You booked through a third party and you need to contact hotels.com, we can’t do anything for you.” When I made a comment of how poor their customer service is, the manager Christine said: “difference of opinion” Considering that for 3 nights, the total cost for my stay in the basement of Sheraton Park City, came up to $1,300, I don’t think my high expectations of the staff and the property were unrealistic. I spent 2 hours on the phone with representative from hotels.com, who was very nice, professional and patient…she was able to find a different accommodation for the remaining days of our stay in Park City. I would not recommend Sheraton Park City, nor I will ever go back to that hotel. Senior leadership should definitely implement some kind of 101 customer services classes for their employees. I refuse to believe that the poor service I received is a true reflection of the Sheraton brand.
