Stayed here in Feb 2018 for a ski Trip - we mostly ski'd Deer Valley. The Lowell is in a smashing spot - 50 metres from the lifts at park city - 30 metres from main bus stop at park city base (buses come every few minutes). We had a level 3 unit - pleasant view and well appointed. The headline on this place is that its new - its nice - its in an awesome spot - because of how close it is to the bus stop its so so easy to get everywhere and no wait to get anywhere. Its expensive yes, but it is comfortable and well appointed generally - next time we are back i may stay closer to deer valley - but i'm conscious that could have me waiting a longer time for buses etc Concur with other comments - the kitchen was poorly appointed, difficult to cook, not a single food product in cupboard (not even pepper and salt) usually people leave things like oil / salt etc in the cupboard - lighting was very poor and hard to see in the room - television and stereo had loose cords and cables everywhere - looked sloppy - rugs on floor were dangerous and we kept tripping over them. Its a quality property in an awesome spot - just needs a bit of polish

The Lowell is more an apart hotel meaning it is not a regular hotel. Very good indeed! Great location. Spacious room and very clean. Loved it. Walking distance to the old town and lifts. 2 minutes to restaurants and pubs.

The accomodation was good, but our room was very small with a little bathroom for a single person not for a couple. The dining set was incomplete for 6 people. Pool and spa are a bonus. The place is handy and close to the ticket office as well as bus stop.

We stayed in this apartment for 10 nights. It is a great size and everything you need. Unfortunately it faces out onto the courtyard and is very noisy in the morning with the mountain staff getting everything ready. The bed in the main bedroom is a double or a queen at absolute best. It is also so uncomfortable that I slept on the couch for the last 5 nights. My recommendation would be to get a room away from the courtyard and ensure that the bed is larger in the main bedroom. From the looks of the photos, they are all furnished differently and some have much bigger beds than room 304.

Being close to the ski slopes in a relatively new condo is the only advantage. Housekeeping is very poor (although we gave extensive feedback and they seem to be committed to improving). Noise from outside and above is quite loud. Avoid the units looking out over the hot tub as you can hear every word. The kitchen is poorly equipped so check before you plan to do any meal prep (there was not even a colander for washing salad). This was our second stay in 5 years and we will not be returning. Definitely overpriced for what you get. And don't bother with the ski rentals downstairs even though they give a 20% discount. They fitted my daughter incorrectly (twice!) and are less than enthusiastic about everything.

Huge expense for 5 nights in comparison to expectations of the property at that high price -lack of information (including that water would be turned off at a crucial time of the day), cleanliness, availability of staff, beds, kitchen utensils, etc... In addition, our area faced the busy intersection as did the pool and hot tub -a bit strange. The early am noise from delivery trucks was not a nice way to wake up every morning before sunrise. I do not mind paying high prices for the convenience of a fine property BUT then attention to details is an absolute must!

We stayed with friends in a three bedroom suite. Felt like we were at home. Everything was just easy. Kitchen and bathrooms are well taken care of. Bedrooms are really nice size. Housekeeping service is fairly good. Overall I would come back.

We were initially booked into "The Lodge" but found it to be well below expectations. Managed to change to The Lowell and were very happy with the new, spacious apartment. Excellent, high quality furnishings. Short walk to bottom of Park City lifts, bus stops for all routes but parking on-site if you have a vehicle. Rather more expensive than our original lodgings but worth every penny!

This high end resort at the base of Park City Mountain resort is in the heart of the resort and so close to everything. You are a short walk to the base of the mountain and if you need to drive are so close to everything in Park City. The hotel itself is great. We stayed in one of the two bedroom units and the rooms had everything we needed. The rooms had a lot of space and the place had a lot of room for relaxing or eating.

We arrived at The Lowel impressed by how beautiful the hotel was inside and out with great views of the mountain, working fireplace in a spacious high end contemporary setting I would normally only associate with a four star hotel. We and our children had an even better vacation knowing they could go on their own to ski when they wanted, eat when they wanted and go back to the hotel when they wanted (without any burden on the parents) since they could walk a short few steps to the ski lift as well as all the restaurants and base lodge. We had guests over for dinner in our unit and it was nice to entertain somewhere where we were as comfortable staying in the unit to have dinner as eating out since the kitchens were so high end and the living rooms were so spacious - especially when you compare to other ski accomodations that are cut-up just to accomodate the max beds and have little living area to have fun together at the end of the day. The work out facilities were very nice and convienent. It was the right choice being at the base of the Park City Mountain resort and in the middle of the village there, but know that there are also great restaurants for dinner in the Town of Park City a couple of minute drive away.
