The Pool House is such a fun scene! Great DJ, food, drinks and the view is unbeatable. Taylor is the queen of shot skis and also can be seen dancing through the crowd to deliver drinks to everyone with a huge smile! Dillon is also a top server up there and always has a smile. KITA is a must for all sushi and steak in Park City. Ryan is a top notch server with knowledge of the menu and cocktails. He is also a great conversation and someone we wanted to sit down and join us. We could have not had a better time experiencing there dining options during Sundance!
Arrived and there was a mishap with our reservation. They quickly corrected the issue and took care of us. We stayed in the 2BR/2 1/2 bath room in building 3. It was a great room for the 3 of us. The weather was not the best when we were there so we did not get to hike. We went to Main Street for one of our days. We stayed for 3 nights. There isn’t much in the area as far as places to eat so we ate at the Pendry in their restaurants all nights. The Mexican 2 nights and Kita one night. All were great. Breakfast every morning outside at the hotel- extremely slow service and they would forget things…probably our worst experience. Enjoyed sitting by the fire pits in the evening, listened to live music while waiting for our dinner reservations. Enjoyed our weekend girls getaway. The biggest complaint to me would be the area needs more choices for eating. Go, you will not be disappointed. Was worried after reading some of the reviews but we had no issues. There is a little market around the corner where you can buy wine/liquor and some snacks.…
This is the place to be when in Park City. The staff and accommodations are epic and the experience is not like any other. The food was great; the lounge and entertainment was great and I will surely recommend this place to all of my family and friends.
Eddie is an amazing waiter! Very knowledgable of the menu and recommending items. He made our dinner memorable. . Looking forward to our next visit to Kita at the Pendry Park City! Thank you so much Eddie
We had a wonderful time staying at the Pendry. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and so close to slopes. We eat at 3 of the restaurants and all 3 were excellent. My kids spent a lot of time on the roof top hot tub and pool while my wife and I enjoyed some amazing cocktails. What a great way to end a long ski day. We will definitely be back.
This hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in Canyons Village. Their temporary workers from Latin America were wonderful; they were so friendly and accommodating. Often much better than the year round staff. They’re still working out some kinks but in general I would highly recommend.
Disco Pizza was a very good takeout experience. Very friendly, timely, and the pizza was very good. They also make a gluten free pizza and pasta. Will be back again for sure. Next time will likely eat there as the atmosphere looked really fun
Pendry’s location is superb!! Ski in ski out, you can even rent equipment on site! Great service, people is very friendly, great mountain views. Apartments are incredible, new modern, very comfortable, nice kitchen appliances, walking distance from small grocery store, retail stores and restaurants
I was very dissatisfied with an experience in which I lost my bose headphones. One of your associates came out to the lobby and told them they had been found and asked I wait there for 5 minutes. Then I waited there for 30 minutes and nobody returned, and the front desk had no idea where he went and wasn't very helpful. It gave me the feeling that one of your staff ran off with my expensive headphones. I would ask that this get investigated. The man who told me they were found and then disappeared was a tall, muscular latino man with short spikey hair and wearing a suit.
This was my first time staying at a Pendry Hotel and it may the last. Our family likes to stay in 5 star resorts because of the level of service that we receive, but that was not the case with this hotel. This resort is located at the Canyons village and to get to the Mountain village you can take a hotel shuttle to that side. The day that we are dropped off at the mountain village our driver says to call the hotel to see where the shuttle is located because the normal times for pickup and drop off were being effected by the incoming snowstorm, this is understandable. ( normally, the shuttle leaves Pendry hotel at the top of the hour, pick up and drop off at Mountain village is 15 after the hour) What is not understandable is when it was time for us to leave the mountain village, we knew that the shuttle times would be different due to the snowstorm. So what do we do? We called the hotel to find out where the shuttle was so that we could remain in somewhere nice and warm while waiting for the hotel shuttle. We stood at the shuttle stop for an hour waiting on the shuttle because the hotel was not answering their phones. We were afraid to leave the stop in fear of missing the shuttle so our family stood outside in the snowstorm for an hour while calling the hotel for an hour with no one answering to see where the shuttle was. UNACCEPTABLE! Sure I can understand traffic and the roads were bad but to not answer your phones to let your guests know where the shuttle is located is not exactly 5 star. Also many of the employees have trouble understanding English and they worked at the front desk, so communication was bad. BEWARE, the superb guest services is not at The Pendry Park City.…
