Another fabulous ski trip with my friends . Hotel Park is is amazing . My second time here . Easy to rent skis at Martys ski shop. Stayed in the cottage which has a private jacuzzi and fireplaces . Nice kitchen area . Ruths Chris is located here so good for breakfast on the way to the slopes. S’mores by the fireplace were awesome ! Great serve by Aaron, Jessica and Anna. Will come back next year for sure ! Thank you all so much for a fabulous ski vacation with friends
We love Hotel Park City and one of the biggest reasons is the Spa and the incredible massage therapist Lynisa and Cassandra. Lynisa is reiki specialist and the massages that I received form her have been fabulous! Cassandra is an awesoem
I had one of the best experiences by far, I booked my vacation for myself and my kids it was the best weekend. We checked into our hotel and Sharief was at the front desk, he was so attentive and kind was a huge help to help us find a place to eat. We took the shuttle to where the restaurants were and decided to try Ruth’s Chriss. The food was amazing . After we were done we were able to go into the hot tubs and enjoy the rest of the evening. I will definitely book again.
Hotel Park City is an outstanding resort and the staff was incredible. Particularly Jane and McKay were so helpful and kind. We stayed for two nights during the Sundance Film Festival and will come back again in the winter and definitely during the summer too.
Absolutely beautiful in every way. Every staff member was friendly, kind and helpful. The food was phenomenal. The views were breathtaking. The location was perfect. If I had to pinpoint one thing it would be the entrance to the hotel. Not quite sure if it was so small because of the snow?or if that's just the way it is? It was hard to find at night with no sign and it being so narrow. Other than that everything was in working order and clean.
Celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday at Ruth’s Chris restaurant at the hotel. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. Our waiter, Chaz, went above and beyond to make our dining experience perfect in every way! Andrew and the other waiters that assisted Chaz were very friendly and helpful too. Will definitely dine at this restaurant again and recommend it to family and friends.
What an experience! We loved every minute of it. The food was delicious, and the scenery was stunning. Loved the jacuzzi bathtub, multi-head shower, fireplace, and internet tv options. Aaron at the front desk was very kind and accommodating.
Stayed at Hotel Park City the week after New Years. Hotel is beautiful with a rustic lodge feel. Rooms are nice with all the amenities you need for your stay. The kitchenette and washer dryer are helpful for an extended stay. The view from the mountain side are extraordinary and scenic. Having a Ruth’s Chris in the hotel is an added bonus. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and is needed for a day on the slopes. We arrived early in the day before noon. We were told at check in that housekeeping was aware of our arrival and would be working to get our room ready asap. Check in is at 4pm. We waited in the lobby and checked with the desk periodically on the status of the room. We were told “housekeeping is working on it”. We observed guests arriving later on who were checked in and given their room keys. A few minutes before 4pm I inquired again as to the status of our room and was told housekeepers were finishing up. At 4:15 I inquired again and was told not quite yet. Shortly after I was given keys and had to ask for our luggage to be retrieved. We waited over 5 hours for our room to be ready all the whole other guests were checked in and given keys. I spoke to the on duty manager “Reggie” and let her know my displeasure of how we had been treated. She apologized and waived one days resort fee from our bill. On our second day, upon arriving back to our room we found a gift and an apology card for the previous days events. This stay was my first as a Platinum Status member. Hopefully this isn’t how all Marriott hotels treats their Elite members. I’m usually pretty patient when it comes to things like this but the apparent blatant disregard for our time was very frustrating. To arrive at 11:30am and not receive keys to your room until 4:20pm is inexcusable. Even with the oversight on day one we really enjoyed our stay. Having Marty’s ski shop in the basement is convenient for renting ski equipment. The hotel shuttle service is operated by Unity transportation service and they do a fantastic job of getting you to and from the slopes and Main Street. Dave and Ken are the best. We will definitely be back next year to stay at Hotel Park City.…
We went to Park City in early January for a family ski trip and stayed at the Hotel Park City. It was an excellent option for our family of five. Our room (one of the cottages situated outside of the main building) was spacious, well-appointed (including a hot tub and three fireplaces), and comfortably slept all the kids and adults. Getting to/from the ski slopes and downtown Park City was a breeze via the hotel's complimentary shuttles. Also, having a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in the hotel is a big added bonus. Last but not least, the service we experienced - front desk, transportation, bellhop, housekeeping - was fantastic. Everyone was super helpful, sweet and responsive. In particular, we greatly enjoyed getting to know Gerardo (during the bountiful morning breakfast buffet) and, most of all, Jane at the front desk. Upon learning that one of our kids forgot their Nintendo Switch in the hotel (after we left Utah), Jane went above and beyond to find it and have it shipped back to us (thank you, Jane!). All in all, I highly recommend the hotel, especially for families.…
Morgan gave me the best facial at the Park City Hotels Spa. Her technique and flow was soothing and the product line used refreshing. Morgan also gives a fantastic foot treatment that included a scrub, soothing massage and moisturizer. I’d highly recommend a visit to the spa and check in with Morgan!
